Austyn and the team have just fitted new windows to our home, including a 5 panel bay window. From start to finish the communication and work has been excellent. When we first met Austyn for a quote we were so impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail and the fact that he offered guidance on how things should be done, whilst still listening to our ideas. The quotes came back from Jess fully detailed, with visuals of the project too, which was so helpful. The team carrying out the job were so friendly. Its a messy job, and when done in the middle of November, a cold one too. They were conscientious of being in our home despite having a job to do and not only left the project completed beautifully, but also tidied the area where they had been working each day before they left. We are delighted with the new windows and the excellent finish the team have left us with. We already have another project for some new doors booked in with Secure A Home too and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Austyn and the team fitted a replacement conservatory and at the same time replaced the guttering/downpipes and soffits/fascias at my property. All communications with Jess and Austyn prior to the work being carried out were good and on the day, the lads worked efficiently and completed all of the work before schedule. All old windows/guttering etc were removed and the site left spotless. This company was recommended to us by friends who have used them several times - and we will now follow suit!

We have just had a new conservatory roof fitted by Secure a Home. Arrived when they said they would, price was as quoted. Everything was explained to us, various types of roofing we could have, etc. Very friendly, everything was fitted perfectly, and when completed, the old roof and all debris were taken away by them. The window frames, etc, were all cleaned down, and everywhere was left very tidy. They were brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

This is the second job that Secure-a-Home has completed for us. As previously we are very pleased with the excellent workmanship, attention to detail and final finish. Austyn does an excellent job, and I'd happily recommend them. We love our new front door

This is the third time I've used Secure A Home (which says it all really!) and once again they did a brilliant job, this time replacing my living room window. They also replaced a faulty pane in a bedroom window, which sadly I couldn't get the original installer from a few years back to sort out, despite being in the guarantee period. Secure A Home offers good pricing, honest advice, excellent communication throughout, they work hard on the day, and tidy up well. They're polite and friendly too. In spite of being a small family business (which is great to support), they are very professional and send all guarantees for the work done immediately. After researching local window installations, we were impressed with the reviews for secure a home .We arranged for Austyn to give us a quote.Austyn was very friendly,and knowledgeable giving us a no pressure sell leaving us to decide on the suggestions and options provided. Austyn also was able to send virtual images of what the new windows would look like,which was very useful to make a decision.we decided to go with Secure a home they arrived on time,worked efficiently and maintained a clean work space throughout the project,cleaning up after themselves every day. We had all our soffits, facias, drainpipes & guttering replaced on our detached property. We also had a pane of glass replaced in our conservatory & some resealing done. From Austyn’s initial visit, we were given a date, informed how long the works would take & from the first day on the job were kept fully informed of what was being done & when, and he totally delivered. The plan went like clockwork & an excellent job was done over 4 days. We have used Secure A Home 3 times now and will do so again without hesitation. Today saw the completion of a new composite front door. I found Secure a Home on Checkatrade. From start to finish Austyn has been extremely helpful, offering advice and guiding us through everything. The door is very good quality and the service has been outstanding. All telephone calls were dealt with promptly. Austyn and Alfie arrived exactly when they said they would. The work was of excellent standard with nothing left to chance, Austyn was very fastidious. Very professional from start to finish Prompt and on time Knew exactly what the windows would look like as Austin sent me a detailed quote with diagrams and pictures of what the windows would look like and all the details of openings colour of handles etc The three sitters were on time polite and cleaned up after themselves , nothing was to much trouble for them every where was left spotless after fitting Considering that they removed two large bay windows and three other large windows none of the render was disturbed and any odd little patches were filled in and finished off Even the wallpaper on the inside was in tact, amazing they are so careful All old windows and waste was taken away each day which was brilliant no waste hanging around I’m very pleased with the windows they look great and overall would recommend them to anyone and won’t hesitate to use them again , there a local family firm exactly what I was looking for, no pressure selling like some of the bigger firms excellent

We have had all our windows replaced with Secure A Home. We also had a new French door and upvc door. Right from the quote stage to the completion of the work the customer service has been excellent. Knowledge around the best approach with doors and windows was great and no attempt to oversell, very much interested in making sure everything was what we wanted. Very reasonable pricing for the work that has been completed. The team were very pleasant and hard-working while completing the work. Finished earlier than expected and made sure all waste was removed. Clearly take pride in what they do. Excellent service and would recommend.

Excellent service from Austyn, Jess and the team from start to finish. Good comms throughout. Work completed with a day and a half in hand and to a high spec. Really pleased with the outcome and all the debris from the old conservatory, soffits, fascias and guttering was cleared away. Austyn and his team were faultless. We were after a new front door. He came round quickly after our enquiry to talk through what we wanted and gave us all the options. He was polite and pleasant throughout. He sent over the specs and pricing within 24 hours and once we decided what we wanted, a date was set for fitting that suited us. The team arrived on time and completed the job in just 3 hours. The quality of the material and workmanship is excellent. We are really satisfied and will be getting them back for more jobs in the future.

We have used Austyn before and he called a few days before the fitting to give us a quote. Austyn is very easy to talk to and gave us various options for the replacement door. As we are hoping to replace the front door in the future he suggested a UPVC replacement for the rear door to ease the cost without compromising the look or security of the door. The fitter was on time and very pleasant. He got on with the job straight away and the new door looks great. We are well satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

We asked initially for a replacement front door and were so impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers that we asked them to quote for replacing all of the windows at the front. Once this second job was done, quickly and efficiently, we decided to replace the windows and door at the rear of the house. They've just finished this third piece of work and it looks great, they've done a really good job.

Wow! What a great team Austyn Sam and Josh are! They carried out a full replacement of windows and two doors, they also removed an old glass conservatory for us and I cannot sing their praise high enough! Very professional with attention to detail and quality top notch! And they even cleaned up after themselves too. Highly professional and the work is completed to a very high standard. The lads cleaned up afterwards amazingly I wouldn't have known they had been in. Not a spec of dust anywhere. Everything was explained fully and I was notified on everything before it needed to happen. My home is lovely and warm, plus looks pretty. I don't have to worry about my house safety anymore. I feel so safe in my own home you can't put a price on that. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys they are truly brilliant. The lads are trustworthy and my little one responded really well to them being around. They are genuinely lovely people that are up for a laugh and are even happier if you have plenty of coffee on tap. Couldn't sing these guys praises enough. Truly amazing
