Just had replacement french doors and garage window done by secure a home. Already had a new front door and replacement conservatory with all weather roof from them. Can't praise them highly enough. Austyn and his team were faultless. We were after a new front door. He came round quickly after our enquiry to talk through what we wanted and gave us all the options. He was polite and pleasant throughout. He sent over the specs and pricing within 24 hours and once we decided what we wanted, a date was set for fitting that suited us. The team arrived on time and completed the job in just 3 hours. The quality of the material and workmanship is excellent. We are really satisfied and will be getting them back for more jobs in the future.

We have used Austyn before and he called a few days before the fitting to give us a quote. Austyn is very easy to talk to and gave us various options for the replacement door. As we are hoping to replace the front door in the future he suggested a UPVC replacement for the rear door to ease the cost without compromising the look or security of the door. The fitter was on time and very pleasant. He got on with the job straight away and the new door looks great. We are well satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

This company was exceptionally good, excellent customer service and quality product. They turned up when they said they would and explained when necessary what steps were being taken and the stage they were at. I now have a beautiful conservatory and cannot thank them enough.

We asked initially for a replacement front door and were so impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers that we asked them to quote for replacing all of the windows at the front. Once this second job was done, quickly and efficiently, we decided to replace the windows and door at the rear of the house. They've just finished this third piece of work and it looks great, they've done a really good job.

Wow! What a great team Austyn Sam and Josh are! They carried out a full replacement of windows and two doors, they also removed an old glass conservatory for us and I cannot sing their praise high enough! Very professional with attention to detail and quality top notch! And they even cleaned up after themselves too. I can and will thoroughly recommend these guys and will be using them again for other works we have planned, great job guys can’t thank you enough for the job you have done for us.

Highly professional and the work is completed to a very high standard. The lads cleaned up afterwards amazingly I wouldn't have known they had been in. Not a spec of dust anywhere. Everything was explained fully and I was notified on everything before it needed to happen. My home is lovely and warm, plus looks pretty. I don't have to worry about my house safety anymore. I feel so safe in my own home you can't put a price on that. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys they are truly brilliant. The lads are trustworthy and my little one responded really well to them being around. They are genuinely lovely people that are up for a laugh and are even happier if you have plenty of coffee on tap. Couldn't sing these guys praises enough. Truly amazing

More new windows & 2 doors required at my Mum's property, so instead of shopping around we just contacted Secure A Home as they had already carried out works at the property last year. Once you find good trades people then we tend to stay with them. Good price, payment spilt so that the first payment secures the job & materials can be ordered with the outstanding amount required once work done. Then date & time is agreed between us. They arrive when they say that they will arrive. Clean up after themselves also they take away the old windows so that Mum & I don't have to worry how we would do. Mum's property is now warm, safe & Secure. Thank you Secure a Home!

Secure a home team were great to work with; The service they provided was perfect; They really did what they said they would; On Time; Polite, Friendly, Very clean, completed an excellent job gave us a top quality service.
