Really pleased with the outcome and all the debris from the old conservatory, soffits, fascias and guttering was cleared away. Austyn even replaced some guttering from my garage which was causing a leak. Can't recommend this company enough!

Austyn and his team were faultless. We were after a new front door. He came round quickly after our enquiry to talk through what we wanted and gave us all the options. He was polite and pleasant throughout. He sent over the specs and pricing within 24 hours and once we decided what we wanted, a date was set for fitting that suited us. The team arrived on time and completed the job in just 3 hours. The quality of the material and workmanship is excellent. We are really satisfied and will be getting them back for more jobs in the future.

We have used Austyn before and he called a few days before the fitting to give us a quote. Austyn is very easy to talk to and gave us various options for the replacement door. As we are hoping to replace the front door in the future he suggested a UPVC replacement for the rear door to ease the cost without compromising the look or security of the door. The fitter was on time and very pleasant. He got on with the job straight away and the new door looks great. We are well satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

We asked initially for a replacement front door and were so impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers that we asked them to quote for replacing all of the windows at the front. Once this second job was done, quickly and efficiently, we decided to replace the windows and door at the rear of the house. They've just finished this third piece of work and it looks great, they've done a really good job.

Wow! What a great team Austyn Sam and Josh are! They carried out a full replacement of windows and two doors, they also removed an old glass conservatory for us and I cannot sing their praise high enough! Very professional with attention to detail and quality top notch! And they even cleaned up after themselves too. Highly professional and the work is completed to a very high standard. The lads cleaned up afterwards amazingly I wouldn't have known they had been in. Not a spec of dust anywhere. Everything was explained fully and I was notified on everything before it needed to happen. My home is lovely and warm, plus looks pretty. I don't have to worry about my house safety anymore. I feel so safe in my own home you can't put a price on that. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys they are truly brilliant. The lads are trustworthy and my little one responded really well to them being around. They are genuinely lovely people that are up for a laugh and are even happier if you have plenty of coffee on tap. Couldn't sing these guys praises enough. Truly amazing

More new windows & 2 doors required at my Mum's property, so instead of shopping around we just contacted Secure A Home as they had already carried out works at the property last year. Once you find good trades people then we tend to stay with them. Good price, payment spilt so that the first payment secures the job & materials can be ordered with the outstanding amount required once work done. Then date & time is agreed between us. They arrive when they say that they will arrive. Clean up after themselves also they take away the old windows so that Mum & I don't have to worry how we would do. I contacted Secure A Home for a quote for new windows and front door on my parents behalf for their bungalow. They were understanding to their needs, caring and professional throughout. The quote was thorough and all questions we had answered in a timely manner. The dates given for installation were kept to with Austyn and Josh being on time each day. The installation went well and nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful of my parent’s property and tided up each day before they left (they even had their own hoover). Our second job done by this company. I couldn't rate them highly enough. The job was removing an old conservatory. Redoing brickwork. Replacing with an all weather roof and new windows and frames etc. But this is just a snapshot of the fantastic work done. Nothing was too much trouble. So clean, tidy and helpful.

Secure A Home (SAH) replaced our Patio Door and our Front Door last year (2022). As they did an excellent job with these, we asked SAH to replace all our windows, a side door, fascias, soffits and guttering. We knew this would be a fairly large and disruptive job, but the SAH team handled everything and kept the disruption to a minimum. It was a real stress-free experience. The quality of the work carried out was excellent. You could tell they took pride in what they did and we were especially impressed with the effort they put into those small but very important finishing touches. Even though the weather was poor at times, they just pushed on and delivered to the scheduled timescale. The work was also completed within the quoted price. They cleaned and cleared up at the end of every day so it didn’t feel like you were living in the middle of a building site at the end of the day. The whole process from the initial contact, the survey, product selection, installation and payment was very painless. They kept us informed at every stage and just got one with it. You could tell that they worked really well together as a team. All the products are fully guaranteed. We contacted SAH regarding a small front door issue installed last year and they came out straight away and fixed it. So there doesn’t appear to be any issue with their after service. One point to note, payment is made by bank transfer only. We have already recommended them to a friend.

We are repeat customers and we couldn’t recommend them enough. From making contact with Jess in the office to aystin coming and completing the works we cannot say a bad word about them. They are polite, clean, tidy, professional. We had 5 upvc windows and a new door replaced and they have been fitted really well. On the plus side my house no longer drops below 16oc at night whereas with the old windows it was dropping to 12oc at night so that is a massive difference for us. Highly recommend the company

There is nothing bad to say about this company. This is the 3rd time I have used Secure a Home for my windows and doors. Quotes are prompt and have a full description of the work to be carried out. Communication all the way through is excellent. Work was completed on the day given, they arrived on time and left the site clean and tidy. The team are friendly and very professional, taking time to explain what they will be doing and how to operate the doors and windows once installed. Prices were as quoted and and very competitive. I did have a problem with a door handle more than a year after it was installed, it was a faulty part so nothing to do with the installation, they came the following day, changed the handle and no charge was made, just profuse apologies for the inconvenience. It’s unusual to find companies as good as this one, they are outstanding. The work is excellent, the team are professional the prices are good. Highly recommend.

Contacted Secure A Home for advice on replacing a window. The adviser was helpful, knowledgeable and was able to provide what was needed. It was easy to arrange a suitable date for installation. The fitter arrived on time. He was polite, careful, efficient and professional. When all was completed he cleared up so there was no dust etc. Would not hesitate to use Secure a Home again.

I had two doors and three large windows replaced. Two of the windows were very complex and demanding. The price was very competitive and completion dates met. Costs were made clear and adhered to. The work was approached with great planning and care. The finishing was meticulous and clearing up was carried out as the job progressed. Catalogue provided for the Solidor composite doors to browse through. Only slightly more than other business quotes, due to extra work involved...otherwise these guys are right on the money. The guys turn up when they say they will and work in all weather. Absolutely brilliant people to deal with. It's made a massive difference to our house. The heating is hardly ever on now. 100% recommend. Good vibe from them.

I honestly can’t recommend Secure A Home highly enough and as I told them, I think they’re the best contractor I have ever used! We had been struggling to get 4 wooden windows repaired for 16 months and not even the manufacturers, who came 3 times to try and fix them, could get it right. We found Secure A Home because of their glowing reviews and even though it was a tricky repair, they made it look easy and we finally have working sash windows again. Austyn and his team were super professional, did great quality work and were even great with our young children (who became huge fans!). Once the work was completed, they even went round and cleaned all the windows, making them look new. Austyn and Jess were a pleasure to work with. Communication was clear and responses were always quick. They were very reasonably priced and the workmanship is second to none. We will next be getting them round for a new front door.
