I was especially impressed with the standard of workmanship and their willingness to tidy up other plumbing that was not on their remit to make my house look better. Received quote for work and some questions and agreements were made over the telephone (gentleman's agreement). Work was completed but trader did not keep his word on the agreements. Did come back after a telephone discussion and carry out work. Did charge for a radiator that was agreed to be fitted for free.
