This company provide quality service and products, with great value for money, this is the 2nd time I have used them and they will always be my first call should I require windows or doors.

I am very happy to recommend Select Products after having a new kitchen window and French doors fitted. They are professional, very efficient, good price and excellent installation. The installation, carried out by Shaun, was excellent. He was in control, nothing was a problem and he kept everything clean and tidy. I am really happy with the job, no issues at all and will use Select Products again for a new front door.

We needed a new front door and chose Select Products because they are a local business who are well reviewed and a Which? Trusted Trader. Throughout the whole process of placing the order in the first place through to them coming out to measure up and arrange a date for installation, they were nothing but friendly and professional throughout. The work was carried out on time and they left our property clean and tidy afterwards. Communication was always excellent and they definitely go above and beyond what we would expect. Could not recommend more, we are extremely happy with our new front door.

After a bad experience with another company we did our research and selected 3 new companies for a quote to replace our front door, French doors & side window. Steve from Select Products Yorkshire came out to see us. He was very knowledgeable and explained our options in a way that gave us the opportunity to choose what would be best for us. Steve’s approach was polite, professional and not at all pushy. Select Products Yorkshire weren’t the cheapest quote but we felt confident that they would complete the work in a timely manner and to our expectations. A day after Dale the surveyor called we were given a fitting date. The fitters Steve (a different person to the sales rep) & Ollie arrived as arranged and did a brilliant job fitting all 3 units. They were tidy, polite and efficient. We did notice a little black mark on the double glazing and the company immediately ordered a replacement pane which was fitted 3 weeks later and looks perfect! Firstly I did lots of painful research for a window company. I used the website Three Best Rated Leeds. Saw it was endorsed by Which Trusted Traders so thought brilliant. That was my first mistake. Great quote from Select Products Yorkshire Ltd. Roger came to quote and explained the whole process in full. Quote was great, the products were explained in full by Roger. Date agreed for installation in March. Their surveyor Lee came out to measure. All a bit odd he seemed to be in a big rush measuring up for something so important and costly. Finally, fitting day arrived. Four days of hell. Loads of mess both inside and out, plaster round the windows a disaster, internal decorating ruined in most rooms. Laminate floor in living room ruined with chunks missing and deep scratches. BT phone line cut, £150 charge to re-install line after one week without broadband. Back door was ordered to hang the wrong way round, so the end of the job had an eight week delay before completion. I contacted the company owner to raise my concerns and was told by him that Lee has had a lot on. Lee does not answer direct questions by email. Never a straight answer and a bit abrupt. Not customer focused. But it was Lee that actually turned up after eight weeks to fit my back door and he was actually on his holidays at work. Call received from someone who said he would renovate my flooring, never turned up or called again. All in all a very bad experience for a very important job. Ignore Which Trusted Traders. Absolute joke

Select Products did an excellent job of replacing existing windows, including alterations to masonry to fit larger windows in certain rooms. From first contacting their sales team, through surveying and fitting, they were thoroughly professional and always helpful. When one new glazed unit cracked in transit, a replacement unit was ordered immediately and replaced within days with no fuss. I would absolutely trust Select Products for future work.

I recently used Select Products to install new double glazing in my house. Admittedly not the most expensive or cheapest of the three companies (they were in the middle of the quotes from the other companies), the reviews and testaments were more than enough to persuade me to go with them. The fitters arrived on time and were very polite, they installed the windows very quickly and did a great job of tidying up after themselves. I would happily use them again.

Select Products have replaced all 15 windows in my property, from my initial enquiry to the completed installation everything has been dealt with efficiently. The product is of very good quality, the installation faultless carried out by a first-class fitting team with minimal disruption & all left neat & tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
