Carl was great, and had removed the stairlift in about 15 mins and left no mess and was very courteous.

Carl was great. Arrived promptly and removed my father’s stairlift effortlessly. Very friendly and helpful. A fantastic service and I’m pleased the stair lift can hopefully be repurposed. Office staff have also been extremely helpful.

So efficient and fast, he worked hard we were shocked how speedy the service was. Polite kind and very friendly he got the job done with a smile.

I contacted Sue at Senior Stairlifts to arrange to have a stair lift fitted for my mum. A mutually convenient time was arranged. She added that the engineer would ring an hour before the appointment to tell me he was on his way. Reece did ring and I made my way over to mum’s house to support her as she is 91 years old. Reece was there when he arrived and had asked permission to start…this was given. Reece came back to take further measurements 2 days later. Advised that fitting would be 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I rang Senior stairlift who said they would put the system together and check it out before fitting it at mum’s. I received a phone call later that day say everything was in order and they would fit it after the weekend (2 Days later). Dan tried to ring to say he was on his way but I missed the call so rang back and Joe confirmed Dan would be at Mum’s within the hour. This was the case. I had asked that I be contacted about 1/2 an hour before completion to allow time to drive over and be there for the demonstration. When I arrived Dan went through everything thing with mum and was very patient with her as she no longer retains instructions very well. She did a practise run and Dan could she it was a little to high for mum and made an adjustment. She did several more runs up and down the stairs and Dan advised her that a grab rail at the top it the stairs might be beneficial to help her ‘walk’ the chair around. I carried on practicing after Dan had taken payment.

We had our stairlift installed by Jordan. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the stairlift. Excellent work.

Jordan from Senior Starlifts arrived on time to install the stairlift. He worked non stop to get everything done and we are really pleased with how it all went. Jordan was polite, and very knowledgeable.

Had a stairlift fitted today. Had been putting it off for a while so not an easy decision. Senior stairlifts were very helpful, came round within a few days and fitted lift a few days later with minimum fuss. Jordan, our engineer was very friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable and cheaper than we expected. Happy to recommend

Carl called first then turned up as expected. Removed stairlift with competence and speed. Very pleasant all through. Very quick service every time we've use the company. Would recommend then for sure.
