Carl phoned beforehand to advise when he would arrive. He was very friendly, quick and efficient. He also worked on the carpet where the stairlift had made impressions to flatten the surface.

Carl- removal man rang an hour before he was due to call, and was very prompt He was extremely polite and cheerful, despite the fact he had driven from Leeds to London and then down to the South Coast. He worked with a good degree of competence and and seemed to be able to handle the job with ease.

What a fantastic company I have found, from start to finish they have been great. From the initial call to install it only took 24h. Excellent professionalism from the initial discussion and visit for the survey to the office liaison and then the installation by Karl and colleague. Understand fully our needs and were sympathetic. An 86 yr olds quality of life improved from day 1. Should have done it earlier. Don’t hesitate to have a senior stairlift installed
