This company was excellent from start to finish. No problem with the measurements despite other companies stating otherwise. The installation engineers, Reece and Jordan T, arrived on schedule and completed the job on time. Reece is a very experienced and positive-thinking engineer who overcame any little snags that cropped up. The lift is a godsend for my wife and I would have no problem recommending this company.

Promptly arrived on time, fitted the stairlift without having to remove my door. Talked me through the process before and during. Very efficient and Dan the fitter was very courteous. Excellent job and would highly recommend this company.

Senior Stairlifts responded quickly & professionally to my enquiry & gave me a quote & a date to get the stairlift removed. Carl phoned the day before to confirm the time of arrival & removed the stairlift, he asked about where removal would cause damage to the wallpaper before doing anything & he was polite & friendly & got on with the job quickly.

We required removal of stair lift not previously fitted by the company, initial contact made over the phone spoke with lady called Sue was extremely helpful polite and professional who arranged removal of Stair lift giving what I felt was a good remuneration for the lift with no cost for removal Was removed same day by Carl who was excellent leaving house clean tidy was polite pleasant and professional Excellent service would highly recommend
