Carl was a star, called to say when he would arrive, arrived on time, removed stairlift with no issues/damage, worked his magic on the stair carpet and gave a good tip on getting the carpet looking good again, took bank details, money in account within an hour. Carl is a fantastic employee, you should hang on to him.

The reconditioned lift was made and fitted in the time scale suggested. The work was carried out by Jordan and Steven very efficiently. Very little mess and cleared up after themselves. They they explained use of lift to me and any other matters. I was fully satisfied with the way they dealt with.

I am very pleased with the stairlift installed by Daniel by senior, very pleasant young man and did a great job. The stairlift makes life a lot easier. Darren at the office is extremely helpful and I would recommend this company to anybody looking to install a stairlift.
