We recommend Senior Stairlifts as highly as possible. In every way they have been exceptional from the first call of the representative, the following survey and finally the installation. The engineers worked patiently, tidily with obviously high standards of workmanship. They also gave us valuable advice on a placement of the chair. We did have a problem following installation and this was dealt with promptly and expertly with follow up calls. We have a 3 storey house which is now we hope future proofed for our use into the future. Do not hesitate to use this company, we are sure you will not be disappointed .

We opted for this company after having been disappointed by our initial choice of supplier. Whilst initially frustrated with the timescales for manufacturing, the communication with the company was excellent. The survey was very comprehensive. Fitting was very impressive - with an emphasis on precision & programming of the seat balance & travel along the rail. Final tuning to ensure my exact fitting was thorough & impressive. Steve & Jordan impressed us with their product knowledge, attention to detail &, of great importance to my wife, fully respectful of our property - including a thorough vacuuming before they left. No qualms in recommending this company. The fitters were exceptional &, assuming the product/system is as good, then I will be sitting pretty.

Our stairlift was fitted two weeks before Christmas. The engineer was both efficient and very pleasant. It was speedily fitted and we were then shown how to use it. It has been a great boon, helping me access upstairs easily - it is in constant use now!

Had Jason call at mine today to install my stairlift, arrived on time with no issues job carried very professionally no mess at all. was shown how to work the stairlift all done and dusted in less than an hour and half would recommend to anyone.

I can highly recommend this company. From the initial consultation to completion communication and explanations were excellent. My installation was completed by Reece who was polite and explained how things worked. He left everywhere tidy and removed all rubbish. Very pleasant and helpful person to deal with.

Carl the Engineer, turned up exactly when he said he would & carried out the required work very efficiently & cleanly (& I am quite fussy!) Admin staff were very friendly & helpful with communications and updates with response times on the breakdown call out to a faulty stairlift. The engineer Reece Joseph was very friendly and explained what the problem was and how to read/understand the fault codes for future events. Problem rectified, batteries changed, tried & tested all within 45 minutes. Advice also given on future routine service intervals and costs.

Steve W recently fitted my in-laws a stairlift. He arrived on time and was very polite. He explained exactly what he was going to do and answered all our questions. During fitting he kept mess to a minimum and tidied up after himself even offering to vacume. His demonstration of how the stairlift work was easy to understand and my in-laws and myself would highly recommend him.

I was in need of a very fast repair for my dad's existing stairlift as he was unable to get upstairs or downstairs without it. I called Darren in the afternoon, who was very helpful and he arranged an engineer to visit 1st call the next morning. The engineer came on time and found the motor to be unfixable and battery was also very poor (the unit was over 10 years old) Unfortunately, they don't repair motors, and instead switch out the whole carriage (chair/motor/battery etc) as a whole unit. This was quite expensive, but I needed it doing as soon as possible, and the engineers were able to get a replacement unit and fit it first thing the next day. A little glitch was sorted after a quick call to Sue. All communication with Senior Stairifts was very professional. They do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it. Unfortunately, my dad passed away just 2 weeks later, and so I contacted SS again to ask if they did a 'buy back' service, which they did. Again, very quickly and professionally, Sue organised an engineer (Carl - who was absolutely fantastic) to come and completely remove the lift and the rail. The removal was done within 30 minutes and Carl left the house like the lift had never been in. Very happy to recommend Senior Stairlifts to anyone who wants a professional, helpful company to install or remove a stairlift. Many thanks to all the team involved.

A stairlift already fitted to my new home had been clumsily removed by the previous owner's house-moving contractor and needed reinstallation with additional checking for completeness and safety . A call to the original supplier resulted in an dissatisfying and unhelpful response and demands for a hefty fee simply for checking its completeness before they would estimate a cost for reinstallation. Senior Stairlifts' response was, in contrast, friendly, empathic and professional throughout. They arranged a date for the work to be done without delay and at what I considered a reasonable and affordable overall cost. On the date arranged their engineer, Sean, phoned as planned to let me know this would be his last task of the day and to check that would not inconvenience me. It did not. Unfortunately after his arrival, the refitting task itself turned out to be more complex than expected due to the unit's inexpert removal and Sean was not able to complete the work until late evening! He nevertheless made no complaint and was diligent, patient and efficient throughout. The refitted stairlift works perfectly and has greatly improved my ease and safety of access to my first-floor home. In spite of all the problems Sean encountered and his very long day, the work was done within the agreed budget and without fuss or unnecessary inconvenience to me. Excellent work all round.
