Carl came to remove a stairlift in a house we had recently moved to. Carl was great from start to finish, he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He removed the stairlift quickly and with minimal mess. He also helped tidy up where the screws had been drilled into the stairs and hallway floor. Thanks for everything Carl.

Unfortunately after he left, the power circuit popped. Seems a wire was left loose in the power switch when the stairlift was disconnected. Otherwise fine.

I needed a stairlift fitted urgently. Reece came to see me and returned the following day to fit the stairlift. He was friendly, helpful, and considerate. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Carl, who works for Senior Stairlifts, came to remove my mum’s stairlift as, unfortunately, she had passed away. He was personable, professional, and did a quick and efficient job, even using a roller on the carpet to fluff up the pile where necessary. Would highly recommend-thank you, Carl.

Contacted Senior Stairlifts to come and check my faulty stairlift. Very pleased with the phone call because of the friendly polite person at the company. He explained call out prices etc and arranged a date for an engineer to call. On the day an engineer "Shaun" called to say he would be calling in 40 minutes. He arrived on time, introduced himself and asked me about the problem with the chair. He checked everything and explained the problem/s he found. I decided to purchase a replacement chair after discussing various solutions. I received a receipt of purchase and also a date for an engineer to call. Two days later I had a phone call from engineer Reece to inform me what time he would call. He arrived on time and got down to work straightaway. Very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The replacement chair was fitted in no time at all. Reece xplained the controls and watched me use the lift. Overall a very professional and friendly service from both engineers Shaun and Reece, not forgetting my original phone call.

Carl, the removal guy, phoned an hour before as promised and arrived promptly. Quickly assessed the job and removed the lift and rails within an hour! Pleasant and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone needing to get a stair lift removed.

Absolutely fantastic service by Senior Stairlifts! Carl the Engineer rang me when he was half an hour away, turned up when he said he would, and removed 6 stairlifts in record time! Not only that, he removed them so expertly that you would never know that any stairlifts had been fitted- 100% Top Fella, and also had a great attitude! I couldn’t be happier!

Carl was a star, called to say when he would arrive, arrived on time, removed stairlift with no issues/damage, worked his magic on the stair carpet and gave a good tip on getting the carpet looking good again, took bank details, money in account within an hour. After doing research and reading reviews of this and other companies, I’m glad I chose Senior Stairlifts to install a stairlift for my husband. From the initial survey to the installation, I felt they were all very competent, skilled at what they do. Also, that help & service was on hand should there be a problem, which there hasn’t been. Jordon fitted the stairlift, took much less time than I expected, and simply and clearly demonstrated how to use it. I definitely recommend this company!

We contacted them on the 21st to enquire about them purchasing a stairlift from us as we were clearing father’s house. Very friendly and we agreed on a price on the 23rd. On the 24th, Carl (removals) turned up and had the job done in under half an hour. Carl was brilliant, friendly, and very efficient. He is a real asset to the company. My husband’s stairlift had broken down so called senior Stairlifts who came out so quickly however was unable to fix so arranged for new one to be fitted. The installer was Reece he was so polite and very friendly and very efficient and made sure everything was working correctly.I am so very pleased with the service from start to finish would highly recommend senior Stairlifts.

From my first telephone call to the final completion of my request to remove a stair lift, I was impressed with the service. Carl (Removals) was polite, friendly, and efficient. As advised, I was contacted before arrival, but my mobile had an internet glitch and I didn’t receive the call. Carl contacted Sue in the office, who used WhatsApp, and I met Carl as agreed. The stair lift was removed promptly with respect for the property and without any damage. All round A1* service.

I am a 75-year-old disabled man and was struggling with my stairs until my wife fell down the stairs, breaking her leg. We decided to get a stairlift, and after contacting 4 companies, we settled on Senior Stairlifts. It was a great decision, they carefully measured not only the stairs but my wife and me as well. They ensured that there was enough room for our legs to clear the post at the top of the stairs (unlike another company which said we needed £2000 worth of carpentry work). The stairlift was fitted within a week. The fitter did a lovely job and cleaned up after his work. The stairlift has really improved the quality of our life, and Senior Stairlifts were a pleasure to deal with, giving us just what we wanted at a fair price without any pressure. They simply explained my options, left me the literature, and phoned the next day as arranged, and we were happy to agree on our deal. Two very happy customers, a job well done.

This company was excellent from start to finish. No problem with the measurements despite other companies stating otherwise. The installation engineers, Reece and Jordan T, arrived on schedule and completed the job on time. Reece is a very experienced and positive-thinking engineer who overcame any little snags that cropped up. The lift is a godsend for my wife and I would have no problem recommending this company.

I contacted Sue at Senior Stairlifts to arrange to have a stair lift fitted for my mum. A mutually convenient time was arranged. She added that the engineer would ring an hour before the appointment to tell me he was on his way. Reece did ring and I made my way over to mum’s house to support her as she is 91 years old. Reece was there when he arrived and had asked permission to start…this was given. Reece came back to take further measurements 2 days later. Advised that fitting would be 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I rang Senior stairlift who said they would put the system together and check it out before fitting it at mum’s. I received a phone call later that day say everything was in order and they would fit it after the weekend (2 Days later). Dan tried to ring to say he was on his way but I missed the call so rang back and Joe confirmed Dan would be at Mum’s within the hour. This was the case. I had asked that I be contacted about 1/2 an hour before completion to allow time to drive over and be there for the demonstration. When I arrived Dan went through everything thing with mum and was very patient with her as she no longer retains instructions very well. She did a practise run and Dan could she it was a little to high for mum and made an adjustment. She did several more runs up and down the stairs and Dan advised her that a grab rail at the top it the stairs might be beneficial to help her ‘walk’ the chair around. I carried on practicing after Dan had taken payment.

We had our stairlift installed by Jordan. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the stairlift. Excellent work.

Excellent professionalism from the initial discussion and visit for the survey to the office liaison and then the installation by Karl and colleague. Understand fully our needs and were sympathetic. An 86 yr olds quality of life improved from day 1. Should have done it earlier. Don’t hesitate to have a senior stairlift installed
