I'm 94 & disabled, live in a lock of 99 (retirement) flats. About 4pm on 26/1 discovered I had no hot water. Phoned at least 8 plumbers/electricians to look at emersion heater, no luck. Finally phoned (7.15) prestige plumbers. Got details from check-a-trade on-line. Answered by Sharon who promised to ring back in 20 minutes. She did so, & said Engineer would call late morning/early pm next day. Eng. arrived at 12.15 on 27/1 took about 1 1/2 hours to diagnose fault & replace 2 elements.
