Our usual plumber (Bennett Installations) did not respond to 3 emails for help. Prestige came at about 3PM when I had only telephoned them at 12 o' clock. Said Jamie would come between 2-4. Very pleasant and helpful man. Will certainly use Prestige again & ask for Jamie.

Having used Prestige Plumbers for the first time this week our experience was such that they will definitely be the people we call when next we need a plumber. Calum, the chap who did the work, is friendly and obviously knows what he is doing. It's great to have a central heating system that can now turn itself off again!! Office back up is very good also and we were kept up to date with exactly what time he would be coming so we did not waste long periods of our day, as so often happens with other suppliers.

This is the first time in years I have needed a plumber. From the moment I phoned them I was impressed by their response to my call and the professional way the job was handled. The timing of the appointment was kept right to the minute and after it was finished the area was left in a clean and tidy state. Very professional.
