We found we had a problem with our shower late on Monday evening. We phoned Prestige Plumbers on the Tuesday morning. They arrive before midday , diagnosed teh problem and gave us a quote. Replced the shower on Friday. Job done! Thank you We've used them before and wouldn't hestitate to recomend them.

This is not the first time I have used this company. Called about 1.40pm, the plumber was here about 2.10pm Job assessed, quote given and job completed by 2.30!!! As ever an excellent service. Thank you. Have recommended them to many friends.

Brilliant service received again from Prestige Plumbers. This is a company with a highly professional approach to customer service and quality of work, and all at a reasonable price. My shower pump broke down and caused an almighty mess then lovely Jamie arrived and saved the day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted everything out and explained exactly what he was doing and gave excellent advice. He also replaced my leaky kitchen tap and carried all the necessary parts with him. What more can I say – just a brilliant and dedicated worker and very friendly and polite. A first-rate customer experience.

Having been thoroughly let down and wasted a couple of hours until someone rang to say they wouldn’t be attending for a toilet leak … I phoned Shedfield/Prestige plumbing and was advised someone would attend within 40 minutes. Before the 40 minutes Terry arrived … polite, courteous and has done an excellent job. Cleaned up afterwards and invoice was less than I expected as parts had to be replaced. Excellent service, highly recommend and will be my first place to call with any future plumbing issues …

Prestige Plumbers left a short while ago. I called at 11:30 this morning about a leaking outside tap and they were here within the hour! Very professional service, reasonably priced, and I asked a lot of questions which were answered patiently. Their communications were very thorough. It's so nice to have had a service rendered professionally on all levels. Highly recommended!

After a false start in booking our little job, the plumber arrived promptly, did a good job, and was very pleasant. A good plumber who we would use again, and have confidence to recommend to our fruends and neighbours.

Micheal the plumber turned up as agreed, with a prior phone call to say he was on his way. Inspected the leak, advised what he was going to do. On completion left the bathroom clean and tidy. Couldn't fault the his workmanship or pleasant nature

Terry came within time arranged. He promptly replaced radiator. Tested so it was working properly, left the room clean and tidy. Excellent workmanship.

I have been using prestige since our water tank split in 2018! This time it was a series of taps to be replaced( mains water tap under sink, isolation to outside tap, outside tap itself and bathroom sink tap). Michael came to do the work , arrived when advised and carried out the work efficiently, tidying up after himself and respecting my property. Unreservedly recommend this plumbing company to all.

I had a problem with a sheared off pop-up bathroom sink plug. I phoned at 10am, Michael arrived before 2pm and the job was done within the hour. I have used Prestige before and find them quick and reliable. I would recommend them.

We had a problem with a plastic compression fitting failing causing a flood in our shower room, and discovered that plastic pipework and compression fittings had been used to feed the hot and cold water from our shower room to the kitchen via a thin cavity wall without any insulation to prevent it from freezing. The way it had been assembled previously with multiple compression fittings was more like LEGO than plumbing. We contacted Prestige Plumbers because we wanted all the plastic pipework and fittings to be replaced with copper. They came and recommended that the new copper pipework should be routed via the attic where it would be insulated. We were satisfied with their quotation, the quality of their work and the time they took to complete it. Highly professional, we would definitely use them again if needed.

The courtesy and efficiency of your staff, from the initial enquiry to the job completion was excellent. They listened to our explanation of the faults in our cisterns and the need for a new toilet seat and carried out the work by replacing the 2 syphons and a new seat - exactly as needed. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Your engineer was both cheerful and polite and very efficient. Well done!

Plumber was informative, gave clear explanation as to what needed to be repaired/replaced. Also no waiting for arrival gave time slot, and arrived in that time. Work carried out ,showed what had been done, also cleaned up, so no mess!

We phoned this company at 8.30am about a problem with our WC cistern inlet valve and spoke to a friendly member of staff who arranged for a plumber to visit us. Their excellent plumber Michael arrived at 10.00 am and completed the job by 10.30 including completely servicing and replacing several parts to the cistern. The cost was no more than we expected and included a 10% discount on labour costs for senior citizens. What more could you want from a plumbing firm? Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

This is the second time I have used Prestige Plumbers and the standard of service and friendly nature was every bit as good as the first! While having our dishwasher repaired this morning, the engineer noticed a leak behind the washing machine and suggested we need a new hose (he was a Bosch only engineer so could not do this for us himself). I called Prestige Plumbers and someone arrived within 20 minutes, replaced the hose and the valve and we were using our washing machine by 9am! What could have been a nightmare was quickly and easily dealt with, and we got a discount for being an existing customer! This firm will always be my number one go-to for all plumbing needs!

I have used Prestige Plumbers on more than one occasion now and would not consider going to any other Company for my problems. When I have made my telephone calls to ask for their help the member of staff at the end of the phone have always been very helpful, considerate and displayed a happy nature. My problems have been dealt with very quickly and carried out very efficiently. The work of this Company and their administrative staff and engineers I feel is brilliant and the invoice they produce once the work is completed is very good value for money. I am partially sighted and recently lost my husband. When I rang the Company this morning with a water leak in my bathroom not only did I receive the usual first class response but also instructions not to clear up any water or mess the Engineer would do all that when he attended. Michael, the engineer on this occasion, was at my door within 2 hours and within no time the problem was fixed, the area cleared and my problem had been solved for me. I honestly could not have asked for more better help. Long may they trade!

I've used Prestige Plumbers for several years and they always do a good job. They come every year to service a boiler they installed for me and I have always found them to be punctual, friendly and efficient.

Usual prompt response. Replaced both ball valves in the water tank in the roof. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and all relevant questions were answered. Costs as agreed. Problem solved and peace of mind restored.

I called Prestige Plumbers to come and quote for some work for my Dad, replacing some kitchen and bathroom taps and replacing the inserts for a couple of toilets. From the start communication was great, they came out to quote sooner than arranged as they were in the area so called to see if they could come sooner. The quote was with us within a couple of days and the work was completed within two weeks of my first call. They showed us photos of the taps they would supply and explained everything they would do before sending the quote. They showed up on time, were friendly, clean and tidy with their work and have done a great job replacing and repairing the things my dad needed them to and making them much easier for him to use too. I always want to use local and family run businesses whenever I can, and this company, Prestige Plumbers were one such company. I rang on the afternoon on Friday and the following morning, Saturday, around 9.15 the plumber was at my front door. Luckily he had a set of taps in his van so he was able to sort my dripping taps out right then and there. He was polite and quiet, not talking his head off, which some engineers do, and to be honest it gets on my nerves, this guy was here to do a job and he got on with it. I would certainly use the company again, no doubt at all.

Really excellent service, from start to finish. I phoned the number and got a 'real person' answering! I was given a date to be given a quote. The plumber Jamie, arrived on time as arrange . He did a lovely job of both the kitchen tap and the bathroom cistern. All work completed quickly, everything was left clean and tidy. We couldn't fault him or the company Price as quoted. We would wholeheartedly recommend Prestige Plumbers
