Sheerwater Glass experts came and measured up making some very helpful comments at that time. They clearly know their trade and we had used them some years earlier. The designs and plans arrived on time and were correct we signed them off and paid the deposit. The technicians came and completed the installation within a day, everything was properly fitted, working, and demonstrated to me. The technicians were very tidy and cleaned up after each piece of work. I would give them a great recommendation and would most certainly use them again.

Shearwater Glass were extremely efficient from beginning to end. Staff at Head Office kept us informed throughout. The 2 guys that installed the patio doors were on time, very tidy & completed work to a high standard. Have used Sheerwater Glass before & wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

I was in hospital the day the windows were installed leaving a relative in lieu. She was impressed with the work which was quite involved removing 3 large old windows and secondary double glazing on the first floor. Upon my return I was thrilled with the new windows and how clean and tidy it was. Cannot fault workmanship.

We have just had five new aluminium windows fitted - the fitters were great and the product good, backed up by friendly, non-pushy sales staff and an efficient and pleasant back office. They are in addition to our recent back door also from Sheerwater and we will definitely use them again when needed.

From the first exploratory visit to the final installation of my new porch, I was kept fully informed and options were explored. The final installation was completed ahead of schedule. The fitting team Stef and Andy left no mess and did a super job. Claire, in the office, was charming. I particularly liked the fact that the final payment was not expected until after the completion of the installation.

We had 2 Velux windows fitted. We received excellent service from the initial phone call, through to the Sales person, the surveyor and the two installation men. All the staff were very polite. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and the windows were installed on the date agreed. We were amazed that the fitters had managed to install the windows without any damage to the current paintwork. They were very clean and tidy and respected our house. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Back door to our garage replaced with a new timber door. Sheerwater called us to arrange a suitable appointment. They confirmed the date, time and the names for the guys who would be completing the work. They also estimated the length of time the work would take. The guys turned up on time and completed the work within the time advised. They were quick, efficient and tidy. We received a follow up call to confirm we were happy with the work and had no issues to report. Very happy with the whole experience.

We needed to replace about 15 windows & our back door. The old windows were 25 plus year old uPVC & some Aluminium and they were old & tired; seals & hinges were failing. We researched the market looking for a genuine slimline uPVC product and Sheerwater Glass were the only ones we found in the area. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. The Salesman was professional, non-pushy and very good at following up queries. The Surveyor was polite & thorough. The work took 2 fitters about 5 days to complete, they were hardworking, pleasant & professional. All in all we are very pleased with how it all went, and with our new Windows.
