They fit our laminate, took us carefully through everything the weird need to do. Told us clearly what was needed from us. They guys who can to take up our carpet were fantastic and really friendly and then the fitters were equally as nice and were able to squeeze us in a day early which was great. Fitting is a really high standard and couldn’t be happier with the service. Would recommend and use again

I am very satisfied with the recent installation of Quick-Step laminate flooring. The final results look amazing, and the site workers, Conner and Mark, were professional and highly skilled, completing the job to a high standard. I would also like to thank the receptionists, Lisa and Diane, who were kind and helpful in assisting me to find affordable options within a tight timeline, demonstrating genuine care for my needs. Although the cost was higher than initially anticipated, the quality of the work and the exceptional service received made it worthwhile. I look forward to enjoying this beautiful new floor!

We were recommended Flooring solutions, Sheffield by a friend. We visited their show room and selected a laminate floor covering and arranged for someone to visit our property to measure and arrange a quotation for the supply and fitting. We had other quotes from other suppliers. But went with Flooring solution not on price but because of the recommendation we had received. The price was inline of what we expected and agreed a date for fitting to take place. The day prior to the fitting two rip out persons turned up to remove the existing laminate and beading as well as measuring for new skirting. All waste removed from site and area cleaned before they left. The following day the flooring fitter turned up on time and commenced laying the new floor, everything went well until the very last piece of skirting that was just short. The fitter apologised and said he would come back with a new piece the following week when he could get a piece from the wholesaler. Conner the fitter did an excellent job his skill and dedication to ensure the job was done correctly was a pleasure to see and witness. Conner did return the following week with a piece cut to size which immediately fitted. Total work completed in less than 10 mins, but the time to get to my house would have been 40 mins one way. I have no reservations in recommending Flooring Solurions Ltd Sheffield has a quality supplier of flooring solutions and quality workmanship. We will certainly use them again.

From the showroom encounters to the final fitting the service was excellent. The advice was clear but not pushy when we were choosing samples and subsequently each workman who visited was polite and respectful. The fitting of the floor was everything we hoped for and we would definitely use them again.

From visiting the showroom to having the floor fitted to paying the final bill everything was handled professionally and easily. Fitter did an amazing job we are really satisfied with the choices we made. Great customer service, well done to all.

We had the stairs and landing covered in engineered wood. The finished floor looks really great. The fitter tidied away all the packaging and dust and worked really hard to get everything finished with minimum disruption. Will definitely go back next time we need new flooring.

The fitter came on time and worked efficiently and as quietly as possible. He cleaned up and left the floor looking great taking away the packaging except the few remains boards that were not used. The boxing in of radiator pipes was cleverly done with a great finish including careful use of sealant. We had quite a wait for the fitting but I guess this is due to high demand as they do a great job, so worth the wait and the price paid. Communication by email was from the friendly staff was good and the last minute 2 day delay for the fitting did not cause an issue for us and we received a call explaining why. Would recommend. May not be the cheapest, but I guess to get what you pay for and happy to support a local family based firm even if they are mainly Sheffield united supporters! We chose engineered wood flooring as this lasts longer based on previous flooring fitted.
