We would like to recommend Sheffield Flooring Solutions (SFS), we have been extremely satisfied with the way they have conducted themselves and the finish to the floor. Lisa was very helpful and provided guidance and support, with a clear breakdown of the work and materials needed and costs, together with an agreed time line for the work. After seeing my Daughter & Son in Laws beautiful laminate flooring in their lounge/dining room, supplied & fitted by SFS, I didn’t even consider shopping anywhere else. They have a beautiful showroom with lots of choice & the staff are so helpful. I have had new laminate flooring in my lounge/dining room and also by main bedroom. They delivered on time - even in a snowstorm! They took all my old carpets away & left no mess. The work was carried out by friendly efficient staff to the highest of standards. To say I am over the moon with my new flooring is an understatement. I would not hesitate to recommend this company so much so that I am planning to have my other two bedrooms done as well.

Our herringbone was fitted in half a day by one of SFS’s fitters - he was very polite and tidy and we were really happy with the service. The floor is gorgeous. It’s laminate but looks real due to the depth and variation in tone (early autumn). The person who came to measure up was also really lovely and overall we had a great experience with SFS.

It was my first time having my flooring done by this company and I was very impressed, when I arrived at there showroom I had the best customer service they went through all the options with me , when the flooring was getting done he was amazing came by himself got it all done looking amazing and just got on with the job. He cleaned up after himself which is also a bonus and offered to help move my furniture with me , absolutely over the moon with my new flooring

The fitter came on time and worked efficiently and as quietly as possible. He cleaned up and left the floor looking great taking away the packaging except the few remains boards that were not used. The boxing in of radiator pipes was cleverly done with a great finish including careful use of sealant. We had quite a wait for the fitting but I guess this is due to high demand as they do a great job, so worth the wait and the price paid. Communication by email was from the friendly staff was good and the last minute 2 day delay for the fitting did not cause an issue for us and we received a call explaining why. Would recommend. May not be the cheapest, but I guess to get what you pay for and happy to support a local family based firm even if they are mainly Sheffield united supporters! We chose engineered wood flooring as this lasts longer based on previous flooring fitted.

We had the stairs and landing covered in engineered wood. The finished floor looks really great. The fitter tidied away all the packaging and dust and worked really hard to get everything finished with minimum disruption. Will definitely go back next time we need new flooring.

From initially visiting the showroom to the finished floor was a fantastic experience.
