Sheffield flooring Solutions layed a wooden floor 11 years ago which we have been very pleased with. After taking out a fireplace we needed a repair to this room in the same wood. Lisa managed to find the original order but the flooring had been discontinued. She sourced some flooring that was like our's and sent us a sample which we agreed to have fitted. At all times communication was excellent either via phone or email and the time frames for fitting were adhered to completely.The final invoice was as agreed with no added extra's. Ryan fitted the flooring which was not easy as the wood had to be adapted to fit into the original planks.He did an excellent job and we are extremely please with the finished result. This company goes out of it's way to be helpful and all the staff we came into contact with were professional and skilled at thier job. Sheffield flooring solutions will be the go to company for any further work we may have and we would recommend to family and friends.

Our kitchen flooring was looking tired and dated, so we decide to have it replaced. Sheffield Flooring Solutions came highly recommended via family who had recently had their house renovated. We visited the showroom and were looked after by Lisa who took our chosen order. We were booked in for site survey and installation dates. Carter came to do a finite measure and survey of the property floor area. All was good and we looked forward to the date our new flooring would be fitted. On the date our installer Ivan carried out the most professional job, showing respect for our open plan kitchen carrying out cutting of sections outside to keep dust down etc. The works were of a very high standard and we are very happy with the finished look and product. All in all Sheffield Flooring Solutions are top of the tree and all their staff are a credit to the company. Simply, your wasting time shopping around. Just go there and be looked after.

Having received quotes from several local companies I found SFS to be competitive on price and had good reviews. The workmen were professional and tidy with a welcome attention to detail. Overall great communication and a real friendliness from all staff.

Staff in the showroom were extremely helpful and experienced. They listened to what we needed and gave appropriate advice within our budget restraints and preferences that would be suitable to our needs. Communication was always prompt. All actions were completed when they said they would be. There were some issues with the subfloor which were addressed immediately and did not delay the works’ start date. The fitters that attended were always polite, considerate, tidy and understanding. Having the whole of the downstairs fitted at once was a massive upheaval but the job was completed without fuss and all issues faced and overcome to a high standard. From the moment I entered the store I was greeted professionally. Dianne listened to what I wanted and advised which flooring to go for then let me alone to select the colour. It was ordered and delivered when they said it would be. The 2 fitters were very professional their attention detail was exceptional they moved furniture around and put it back again. After seeing my Daughter & Son in Laws beautiful laminate flooring in their lounge/dining room, supplied & fitted by SFS, I didn’t even consider shopping anywhere else. They have a beautiful showroom with lots of choice & the staff are so helpful. I have had new laminate flooring in my lounge/dining room and also by main bedroom. They delivered on time - even in a snowstorm! They took all my old carpets away & left no mess. The work was carried out by friendly efficient staff to the highest of standards. To say I am over the moon with my new flooring is an understatement. I would not hesitate to recommend this company so much so that I am planning to have my other two bedrooms done as well.

After a terrible year of (not very professional builders, plumbers etc.) Sheffield Flooring solutions waved their magic want over my entire ground floor and turned it in to a classy joint for me and my dogs to hang about in. They did the same last year for my upstairs room. I cannot praise them highly enough from sales to the fitters. The floor is perfect they left not a trace of debris behind. Their prices are competitive with no hidden extras.

We recently went to SFS to supply laminate flooring. The staff in store were incredibly helpful and when we decided to have them fit it as well the team who came out were very skilled and left us with a high quality floor. I was recommended SFS by a friend who was very happy with the quality of the work she had done. Although the wait time was about 6 weeks to fitting it was well worth the wait. From picking out the floor I wanted, to getting the floor measured, the delivery of the flooring and the actual fitting everything was done to the exact time and day. I had a problem with one of the boards which was replaced even though it meant taking a lot of the floor up again. This was done with the utmost care and the floor is now complete. The customer service is second to none unlike many companies and Lisa who dealt with everything was very efficient and friendly. The fitter Mark who did the initial fit and Liam who came out to replace the board were very professional friendly lads who take a pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional job.

We chose the flooring from SFS. We had been to several other places first and SFS was the friendliest and most knowledgable retailer about our requirements. Liam the fitter was on time, very polite, friendly and definitely knew his job. The work was carried out in a fast efficient and very tidy manner. He cleaned up and tidied away afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the final result and would highly recommend SFS if you are in the market for new laminate flooring.

Fantastic service all round. Be prepared to wait for fitting but at least when it’s done it’s done to an amazing standard and well worth the wait. We did encounter an initial problem with our chosen flooring. It was deemed a manufacturing error. Lisa the owner bent over backwards as did the fitting team to rectify the situation as soon as they were able and our floor was down in four days rather than the two quoted but believe me quality and customer service and happiness matters to these guys. They are a rare, bunch of people who take pride in what they do and want you to be a satisfied customer. Just fabulous. Our family are delighted with our new flooring. DEFINITELY wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend this company. Would like to say Thankyou to all the staff who worked incredibly hard for us.

From first going to the shop, followed by a home visit, delivery of wood and then the fitting everything was done with expertise. Nothing was to much for them. The workmanship was excellent as was the advise at the very beginning. Would strongly recommend them

Lisa was very helpful and knows the products, No hard sell, just very professional. The fitter was extremally competent and friendly. Turned up on time and got on with the job. He cleaned up and removed all the rubbish. No hesitation on recommending this company, all the staff are a credit to the company.

I would highly recommend SFS. Lisa was extremely helpful sorting our order which was part of an insurance claim and was not straightforward, involving a lot of going back and forth. The fitters were all great and the work which was scheduled for two days was completed within one day to a high standard. The wooden flooring is in my dining room and runs through to my hallway and looks great. I’m very happy with floor and will definitely use SFS again.

We have been fully impressed from start to finish in finding flooring for our extension. We received just the right amount of advice and support in choosing the flooring. 5 stars to Liam who spent 2 days fitting the laminate with his fellow fitter. From the first moment of walking in the showroom, the staff was so helpful in every way, nothing was too much trouble in assisting us to choose the right flooring, They came to measure up and explained exactly what would happen next. When the fitters arrived they asked if we had any preference as to how the floor pattern was laid, explaining the different ways, There work ethic and helpful attitude was first class, Would recommend sfs to anybody.

We were prepared for a big bill to replace our flooring. In a visit by Liam, their fitter he pointed out that he could rub down the old veneered wood and re-stain. This he did, the job was brilliant and probably saved us about four thousand pounds compared a to a total replacement. Looks as good as new. We feel we’ve been very well looked after by Sheffield Flooring Solution, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and deliver. To do the job we had to spend a couple of days away, and Liam even fed the cats for us. Would recommend to anyone.

Sheffield Flooring Solutions are are an excellent professional company . My wife and I visited their shop on two occasions and were very impressed by the wide range of flooring on offer . As we were uncertain as to the type of floor we were looking for we had a conversation with a member of staff and she was able to point us in the right direction . We were looking at a dark colour for our floor but were told that , in her opinion , that would not be suitable . She gave us a sample of a lighter coloured floor to take home . How right she was . We made our choice and arrangement were made to come out to our hose to give us a quote . As we have solid floors in our house a area in front of a hearth which had been removed needed a screed . We received a quote for the entire job and we thought it was very reasonable .The work was carried out on the day agreed . A few days before the work was due to be carried out they rang to make sure everything was ok and arranged for the flooring to be delivered . The two lads who did the work were excellent . They arrived on time and moved the furniture . They were bright cheerful friendly lads and very good at their job. They were able to offer a brilliant solution to a problem we had concealing our radiator pipes . We asked them about cleaning the floor and they recommended a quickstep cleaning kit . The recommendation was based on their own personal experience . One of the lads dropped one off on his way home the next day .

I'm sorry. If you didn't choose this company then you will have missed out on the experience and advice provided by Lisa and Diane on selecting the right product [Quick-Step EL 312] for the entrance hall and kitchen in a house with a powered wheelchair and their guidance and reassurance from start to finish. You also missed out on a very professional, polite and efficient installation carried out by Connor, Daniel and Liam [2], following a survey by Carter and Liam[1]. This is a family run business but there was nothing casual in their approach. I am a project manager by day [and often night] and my standards are high, but so were theirs. I am rarely impressed [unfortunately] but I know a tightly run ship when I see one. There were many opportunities to cut corners [literally] but they didn't take them. This is both the right word and the wrong word [given that we now have a fabulous surface underfoot and one on which the wheelchair can glide] but in a word- flawless!

SCS were fantastic, our fitter Liam was first class; he was very respectful and professional and the work carried out was of the highest standard and the engineered chevron design oak flooring we had fitted looks amazing. My wife and I will be highly recommending this company to friends and family

We had SFS fit 32sq mtrs of flooring in our extension / Dining area . Could not fault them in any way , Large Display area , very good price range ( the flooring we chose , was the best price i could find on the internet ) . From Lisa ( the Owner ) to the fitters Liam , Conner and Ian , they were first class .

We found just what we were looking for on our first visit to the showroom and were expertly advised from the start. We had the whole of our downstairs fitted in the same flooring and I had a few reservations through the deciding phase, but Lisa and her team were so very helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. The date for taking up our old floor suddenly became the date we were near to the possibility of lockdown, so Lisa arranged that a larger than usual team moved in on Thursday 19th March and worked tirelessly through Friday, Saturday and Sunday to complete the job. A stunning floor, laid with attention to detail all done with difficult circumstances looming. I cannot praise the excellence of the fitting or the team's attitude and care throughout. SFS helped us to choose the most appropriate flooring for our newly built 17 sq metres floor area sun lounge extension. We picked a light oak engineered parquet design and ordered same. The start date was set and the fitter arrived promptly on the day. Fitting took 3 working days and this was done accurately and with very little noise or dust generated. He was very polite and also methodically cleaned up as he progressed. We are so pleased with the finished job. All was done to agreed fixed price & no extras were charged. We were also advised regarding the correct maintenance of the floor and assured of a back-up service if required.

Never had laminate flooring this guys were amazing from the showroom answering all our questions to estimating and fitting. Liam who fitted the floor was a pleasure to have in the house, did the job quickly and cleaned up everything. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Just had a new floor fitted in our main bedroom . The experience has been superb from start to finish and these people know their stuff.....Liam fitted the floor when the temperatures were in the high 30's and despite this produced an end product of the highest quality......cannot recommend high enough!

We went to Sheffield Flooring Solutions based on a friend recommendation. At every appointment they were on time and professional. Then our plan came to a screeching halt when our kitchen could not be installed by the service provider according to schedule ,so, the floor could not be fit on a timely fashion. We had deadlines to move in. Sheffield Flooring worked with us flexibly to fit the places they could until kitchen was installed right 2 days before we had to move in. Then Sheffield Flooring came to rescue the last day till the last minute to finish the job. They were all so caring, friendly, and attentive to details. Liam specifically was so creative when it came to the areas of the house that were tricky! Thanks to Lisa, Liam, and Connor for saving us and make our home so pretty when we were stressed out and frustrated!

From initially visiting the showroom to the finished floor was a fantastic experience. Knowledgeable friendly staff, who keep in contact and were able to change delivery date at short notice to accommodate over running works. Fantastic range of products and excellent pricing. After experiencing great difficult with the flooring service provided by our local John Lewis store we approached Sheffield Flooring Solutions to start the process again. Their showroom had a good variety of floorings available and staff gave expert advice and support. The wood floor was fitted and completed with great care, high levels of expertise and attention to detail. The company fitted new laminate floors to my kitchen and dining room, removing the old flooring and taking away all debris. There were tricky areas to the floor that they considered carefully before fitting started. We agreed any changes and costs and the finished effect has transformed the rooms. The edges to the skirting boards are neat and fit beautifully. The fitters were all pleasant and approachable, clean and tidy workers, the work was done in the time agreed and the costs as expected. They lifted and removed my old laminate floor and installed new laminate flooring in two connecting rooms. The work was completed over the 2 days they had agreed and I am absolutely delighted with the finished flooring. SFS gave us an estimate very quickly and were happy to postpone the work until after Christmas to suit our needs. They undertook the removal of old carpets and skirting boards throughout the house. All rubbish was properly removed. The new laminate was laid quickly and expertly, flowing well from each room to the others. The skirting boards were fixed and sealed very well giving an excellent finish overall. SFS staff put forward helpful suggestions as to best finishes and also agreed to small changes in the plans without any problem. All the staff involved were very courteous and helpful. The work was completed within the agreed timetable. We would have no hesitation in recommending SFS

I previously had a new wooden floor fitted to our hallway. I was so impressed with the work quality that I had no hesitation in using them again for a kitchen floor. I cannot praise SFS too highly. Right from the beginning everyone was so helpful and friendly. From advice in the shop to measuring-up to fitting, all was brilliant. We had a laminate floor fitted throughout the ground floor (excluding the kitchen) and the young men finished in a day even though they had to move the furniture and take up the old carpet.
