I'm no expert when it comes to doors or hinges so asked for someone to provide a quote for my front door that was catching on the frame. I can see that the top door hinge needed tightening. The chap that came out was certainly nice enough. I was hoping it'd be a quickish job but was told that all 3 hinges needed replacing which was unexpected. I then received a quote by email saying all 3 hinges were broken beyond repair (it's a 2 and half-year-old door). I've since had the top hinge looked at and tightened and the door is now opening and closing with no issue. Again, not an expert myself, but the quote seems slightly over the top. I work in SEO and know how to deal with unnecessary assertions like the one Shefflock made about me wanting the cheapest quote. I wanted a factually correct quote. I am welcome to receiving an apology to your reply.

We ordered a new front door through SheffLock in May, which was ready for fitting in July (with just a small delay due to some glass taking slightly longer to be delivered to them by their supplier). The door is really nice and works well. The price was competitive and can't fault the service - they were very friendly on email, phone and in person. Installation went smoothly and was done in 2-3 hours. Would recommend.

I had 2 locks changed by Chris and he did an excellent job in fact he did more than he had to. My front door was out of alignment and he sorted that out for me as well, I would recommend SheffLock to anyone who asks me and I will be checking with them about another job that I require doing.
