Called after we had an electrical failure in our kitchen. Stefan asnswered call promptly and arranged to visit in the morning. Arrived on time and went about the fault diagnosis very efficiently, found a fault and resolved the problem.

Stephan came one day after call! Lovely guy, very professional and considerate! Will feel no need to call any other electrician in the future .

Stefan has done a few electrical jobs in our house over a period of time, including installing an new fuse board. When I rang him on a Saturday morning, with a fuse related problem, he showed no hesitation in coming over to fix it. He solved the problem quickly and left us very relieved to have power restored to our appliances and broadband.

I am selling my late brother in laws house in Surrey and the buyer had raised questions about the state of the wiring (my brother in law was an engineer who had made many dubious additions and alterations). Stefan did a full test of the house plus all the (extensive) work necessary to bring it back to current regulations including replacing the consumer unit. The standard of work was superb and very reasonably priced. Equally importantly, he did the work in a very short time frame (the sale hinges on this being done) and kept me fully informed at every stage. I cannot recommend Sherwood electrical highly enough.

Stefan came to carry out an MoT of the electrics in our 100 year + house. This flagged up a number of issues and we decided on a complete rewiring of the oldest part of the house. Stefan was friendly, communicative, and very professional. He talked us through all the work stage by stage and kept disruption in our house to a minimum. Eight years ago, shortly after I arrived here, my late-Victorian house was subject to a once-in-several-decades whole-house renovation. Since then, however, problems with the electrical installation -- one of them hazardous -- have come to light. Stefan rewired my new kitchen and was extremely thorough and professional, completely putting my mind at ease. He did all lights and appliances as well as making sure the existing circuits were in good working order. I received an electrical installation certificate He was punctual and very accommodating which I was very grateful for. Above all else, we is a really friendly guy. Our newly acquired, 200+ year old, previously bodged house needed a complete rewire. It was a very complicated job but Stefan and Haydon resolved and kept us informed of any complications as and when they occurred. Their knowledge and persistence is admirable and they were a pleasure to have in the house. They are honest, trustworthy and excellent at their jobs and I have no reservations in recommending them.

Stephan was brought in because of his diagnostic skills. One of the fuses in my new fuse box kept on tripping out and it wasn't clear why. He was able the identify the problem and devise a solution which required a partial rewire on the sockets in my kitchen and the first floor of my house. The work was scheduled to take 4 days and I was forewarned of the disruption which was helpful. Stephan and his enigmatic assistant Haydon arrived on time every day and carried out the work efficiently taking very few breaks. They moved all my furniture and my stuff ( I have a lot of stuff) out the way so that they could lift up the carpet to get to the floor boards and put everything back where it was when the work was completed. The are a very friendly and respectful pair and were happy to explain what they were doing when asked. Their timetabling was spot on.

I feel very lucky to have found Stefan and his glamorous assistant, Haydon! I had a number of jobs that needed doing around the house- some electrical, some household fixes. Stefan and Haydon were incredible. There is nothing they can't do between them! In one day they installed new piping for my saniflo which I had had troubles with for eight years and they also fitted a charcoal filter extractor fan in my kitchen. Their work was quick and they were a pleasure to meet. Stefan is coming back to fix the electrics and Haydon to fit a wardrobe and fix the outdoor fence and patio. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Stefan came to us for a variety of jobs both in the garden and inside. All were completed to an excellent standard and we are extremely pleased with the results. We have bought a 'problem' house! Stefan had undertaken an electrical survey before our purchase so we knew what we were in for in terms of works. Stefan was a gem. Stefan cam to replace my electric shower. I am very happy with the quality of work he carried out. There were the some problems fitting a larger shower in the place a smaller one, but it wasn't anything that Stefan couldn't deal with. I liked the way he explained everything he was doing to me as he went along. My shower looks really neat. I am happy to recomend Sherwood Electrical.

Stefan visited my property this afternoon to fix a problem with my doorbell which I had previously engaged another company to fix and they had been unable to find what the fault was or remedy it.
