Signature Works

Had my new built garden landscaped by Signature Works and he did an amazing job, he turned up on time every morning, worked really hard all day, cleaned up as much as he could before going home. Tommie is very polite and listens to what you want and advises when necessary. Tommie is a perfectionist at his job. I would highly recommend him

Followed plans well. Advised me where necessary. Kept me informed as to what stage was next. All work passed 1st inspection. Trustworthy....whole team had free run of entire property without a worry from either myself or my wife, which you cannot buy!!! Nice clean , professional job, would highly recommend.

Tommie and Dave were great and provided me with my dream kitchen/living room Reno. They took down a wall, stripped the kitchen, fitted RSJ, new floor, kitchen, great plaster work, new radiators and skirting boards. The whole journey was smooth, always on time and helped iron out the issues caused by the kitchen suppliers and came up with solutions. Good communication, they always told me their plan for the day and it was good to be able to keep in touch with them and not worry about anything while I was at work. I would recommend them to any friends and family looking for work to be done on their homes.

We last used Tom about 10 years ago, and are pleased we chose him again. This time he completed an extension to enlarge our kitchen and dining room so to create an open plan kitchen diner. Communication was good throughout, so we were told of a short delay to the work starting and kept informed about what was planned each day. Building control were quite happy with work at each stage and completion was within the timescale originally estimated. Tom and his assistant worked fairly tidily and cleared up as they went along. We did need to ask Tom to come back to sort a small problem and this was done very promptly and to our satisfaction. The only aspect that might have improved the experience was greater detail in the original quotation about what was included, especially in relation to what would be done to merge the old and new build. Finally, we are pleased with the value for money given, and would happily use Signature Works again and recommend them to others.
