Professional installation
This is our second Silkflow water softener, the first having lasted around 15 years. Contacted them about a replacement and was given a good price and a quick installation date. Richard turned up on time, was friendly and professional. He even tidied up some of the pipework in the adjacent area; all part of his caring and professional approach. I have no hesitation in recommending Silkflow, I'm sure we will be back in another 15 years.

We asked Richard to look at our old water softener which had stopped working. He diagnosed that that the old softener was beyond repair and managed to install a new softener the very next day. Excellent service and workmanship.
