Water softener sprung serious leak. Richard came same day. Gave appropriate advice on replacement which has now been fitted. Very good service indeed.

From the point of receiving the quote, we received outstanding service. Prior to fit, communication was great and on the day, Richard was a tidy and accommodating worker. Really polite, helpful and professional throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Richard installed our first water softener 9 years ago and when it developed a problem he came round and explained the issue for us and the options available. He then installed a new softener and as always it was easy and straightforward. I have recommended Silkflow to others and would have no hesitation in doing so again.

I rang Swiftflow with my problem I was given a date and time. Richard arrived on time after checking the fault he explained what the problem was and gave me a firm quote. Before he started he covered the floor to keep it clean. He fitted the new part swiftly and cleanly and tested the system, when finished he made sure everywhere was clean and tidy and took the old parts away. Richard was a pleasure to deal with as was the lady who I spoke to when I phoned. When the job was finished everything was working and everywhere was clean, you won't have known anyone had been. I would recommend this company to anyone, a first class job with good old fashion service.

Richard came today and replaced my water softener. He worked very efficiently and made sure the system was working properly. He also resolved another problem. He explained how the softener worked, I am very pleased with the service provided.

I was impressed by Richard Boyce of Silkflow from his first visit to give us a quote. He was punctual, polite, clean and smartly dressed - all very efficient and professional. Having assessed our existing plumbing and clearly answered our questions he was able to provide a detailed written quote before he left and no deposit was required. Richard arrived again on the date and time booked, despite significant snowfall. Again, he was polite, friendly and communicated well over any remaining queries with the installation. He quickly got on with the work to fit the water softener, filter and tap in a quiet and efficient manner and was particularly careful to keep everywhere clean and tidy. Invoice was provided by e-mail the same day and came in exactly as detailed in the original quote. No problem paying by bank transfer to details given. It's early days yet as to how well the water-softener works on our very hard water, but so far it's been a very satisfying, hasle-free experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend Richard and Silkflow.

Richard came at the agreed time and date. He was competent friendly and focused. The work was carried out in a timely manner and the job site left clean and tidy. I was very satisfied with the outcome. We did experience some challenges relating to the available space to site the new water softener but Richard solved these creatively and professionally.
