Silkflow Water Softeners was established in 1987.
We are Independent Water Treatment Specialists and carry out all installations and maintenance of water softeners and drinking water filteration systems.
We can supply a wide range of water softeners including non electric block salt softeners and electric timed and metered water softeners so we can advise you on the right softener for your specific requirements.
We supply and deliver block salt, tablet salt, and granular salt.
We can supply and fit a wide range of filter cartridges and taps for drinking water systems.
When you contact Silkflow Water Softeners you will speak to either Sharon or Richard.
Richard carries out all the installations,repairs and servicing and he will also deliver your salt.
We cover all areas of Bucks,Berks,Herts and Oxon.

Out of 3 people I rang, Silkflow were the only ones to call back. He & his wife were very helpful. He came out to see what was the problem with our water softener & thought he had fixed it. Unfortunately he hadn't & we had to buy a new one, which he installed a week later. He waived his call out charge as we bought the water softener from him. He arrived on time, was courteous & cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend.

Richard installed a Sirius block salt water softener in my loft. The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. From my first enquiry Silkflow were very helpful on the phone and Richard did a thorough investigation of the job on his first visit answering all my questions. I was kept informed by phone of any small changes in Richard's time of arrival. He checked our mains water pressure and water hardness. Richard is worthy of the Which? Trusted Trader status.

We contacted Richard on recommendation, to install a water softener whilst also providing hard water for the kitchen. He carried out a site visit promptly and gave an estimate that evening, which was accepted and a date fixed. The work was carried out entirely satisfactorily and when Richard identified a problem to provide outdoor hard water, he resolved that issue all within original estimate. Richard provided full information on the installation, was prompt, efficient, pleasant and worked tidily and cleanly and gave full details of aftercare and provision of consumables. In conclusion, we would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and Silkflow.

Spoke to Richard, the owner and fitter at Silkflow, for a quote for a new water softener, filter and tap. He visited that evening to inspect the current installation and to then make suggestions. Having made my choice, Richard was back in less than 2 weeks to carry out the work. I was very pleased with his suggested improvements, the quality of the work, his neatness doing the jobs, and the new softener, filter and tap. The new kit was keenly priced, and the installation costs were very reasonable. The final price paid was as quoted. Richard is also polite and courteous and provides an excellent service. I thoroughly recommend Silkflow.
