Silkflow Water Softeners was established in 1987.
We are Independent Water Treatment Specialists and carry out all installations and maintenance of water softeners and drinking water filteration systems.
We can supply a wide range of water softeners including non electric block salt softeners and electric timed and metered water softeners so we can advise you on the right softener for your specific requirements.
We supply and deliver block salt, tablet salt, and granular salt.
We can supply and fit a wide range of filter cartridges and taps for drinking water systems.
When you contact Silkflow Water Softeners you will speak to either Sharon or Richard.
Richard carries out all the installations,repairs and servicing and he will also deliver your salt.
We cover all areas of Bucks,Berks,Herts and Oxon.

Our 2001-vintage water softener finally gave up the ghost, and our trusted local general plumber told us we should look for someone who specialises in water softeners. I found Silkflow through Which? Trusted Traders, Richard came to look at the defective softener and told us, (no surprise) that we needed a new one, giving us different options of models to choose from. He back came yesterday, removed the old unit, changed and updated the pipework and fitted the new unit in about 3 hours, leaving everything clean and tidy. A Ronseal job - he did what it said on the tin!

I was offered a free check - which I accepted having had the water softener for a number of years. As I suspected - after poor results with the dish washer - I was told I need a replacement. A date for a week's time for an installation was given. The engineer arrived on time having phoned to say he was on the way. His work was quick, efficient and tidy. First class - Thank you.

Silk flow is a small business. They replaced my water softener, provided excellent customer service from the time of booking the appointment to the actual replacement. They also delivered salt what is also important they come when they said and if they needed to cancel they contact you. I also like the fact you can talk to them on the phone easily.

Richard surveyed my job promptly and quoted me same day. I went ahead and the communication was good and arrived promptly on time to do the work. I had a T4 water softener installed as a new installation. Richard took care around the existing kitchen units and completed the job on time and left no mess.
