Silkflow (Richard) recently came to install another new water softener for us and again did a great job. There has never been any hassle during any of my installations I have had a few softeners from Silkflow over many many years and find that I always get honest advice in which water softener I should go for and why.. The aftercare service is also very good in that I have my scheduled deliveries delivered on time. When the time comes for another softener I will be returning to Richard at Silkflow

Richard is a professional who knows his product and its application. We obtained other quotes but they were either more expensive, less professional inspiring no confidence, or both! Don't waste your time - use Silkflow and be sure you will be getting great value product. Tony Bratt PS Silkflow is also the best value for block salt supply which extends your warranty (doubt it is ever used).

This is our second Silkflow water softener, the first having lasted around 15 years. Contacted them about a replacement and was given a good price and a quick installation date. Richard turned up on time, was friendly and professional. He even tidied up some of the pipework in the adjacent area; all part of his caring and professional approach. I have no hesitation in recommending Silkflow, I'm sure we will be back in another 15 years.

Silkflow has fitted water softeners for other members of the family so came highly recommended. I called for a quote, received a verbal quote & made the booking for the following week. Sharon text before to remind me of the appointment & check the house was covid safe etc. Richard arrived on time, courteous & explained that I would need some new valves & advised of cost. Our new water softener was fitted efficiently despite a very awkward small space to work with. Richard completed the job quickly leaving no mess whatsoever. We have now tested the water for its hardness (to the garden tap) and its softness indoors with excellent results. We had an issue the following day and Richard came straight back and in a short space of time sorted out the problem (which turned out to be our old pipework!). Richard is very knowledgable with heaps of experience. The Infinity T4 water softener, water filter, new tap and associated pipework were all fitted neatly and professionally for a reasonable price. I wasn't surprised with the workmanship as Richard fills you with confidence. I had a question a few days after installation and Richard was happy to take my call and give helpful advice. The water softener itself works brilliantly and really makes a noticeable difference to the hard water feeding the house, very pleased I got it fitted. I would highly recommend Richard and the softener.

My old water softener was playing up so based on Which reviews, I contacted Silkflow Ltd. What a result! From the first phone call with Sharon, I could tell I was in good hands. The engineer Richard called out to see what was what and explained clearly the situation with my old water softener and what my options were. At no time did I feel I was being pressured into a new water softener but I felt very reassured I was making the right choice. The removal of the old softener and the installation of the new was seamless and Richard is an amazingly tidy worker. Nobody likes spending money if they don’t have to but I feel very reassured I have a great new product, professionally installed and the backup of a company I feel very happy dealing with. I highly recommend Silkflow Ltd and I SHALL recommend them to anyone who asks.

Richard quoted to install water softener and quoted and gave installation date on this visit. He arrived promptly, used protective sheets and followed Covid guidelines. He encountered an unforeseen problem with the water feed to the fridge but overcame this and there was no additional cost for the extra work. Once finished, he tidied up and explained the operation of the softener well. All in all, a great job.

Very professional workman, Richard kept working area very clean and tidy, always checked before completing task to ensure we were happy with it. Work completed very well, left property very tidy and was happy to answer any questions, happy with work completed and would definitely use again.

The work was done to a very high standard. The work was carried out before I moved into a new property. Points were raised beforehand to ensure it was done exactly as I required. Following installation, I was called to answer any queries and a demonstration was given when I was unsure. Would use this company again without hesitation and would thoroughly recommend.

Richard replaced my old leaking water softener with a new one and also replaced some old pipework and fitted new inlet/outlet valves that had seized up. The final result is a very neat and tidy job which looks so much better than before. I would definitely recommend Silkflow.
