Silverdale Plumbing and Heating

Chris and Charlie at Silverdale Plumbing carried out our new boiler installation, as well as some follow up work to change taps and fix toilet tanks. We bought an old property that has many plumbing issues and we didn't have any water in the upstairs bathroom after moving in. Silverdale booked us in very quickly. They first came to asses the situation and provided us with a clear quote and thoroughly explained the work that was required. I think for us the most important thing was not only understanding what needed to get done but also why. The guys were incredibly patient with their explanations and even helped me make videos explaining everything they were doing for future reference. The work itself is top notch. They ensured the working areas were well prepared and covered all our carpets. After they were done, they cleaned up everything and took all the mess before leaving. They also spent extra time on the first day to get as much done as possible. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Silverdale Plumbing. Chris and Charlie are absolutely brilliant: respectful, warm, efficient, professional.
