This is the first time we have used Simon Barker, and having read all the good reviews,asked him to give a quotation. He arrived on time,was very professional and advised used on the best oppositions. The quotation was satisfactory and the work started to replace the whole old heating system the following week. Again the three young men,turned up on time,and were extremely polite and good workers. Each night the vacuumed,replaced carpets and furniture,leaving things almost as normal. They took great pride in their work and complete the work on time. The end result is even better than we expected,and our friends/ family can’t believe the house is back to normal after such major work. The final invoice was exactly as the quote. The hole experience was less stressful than expected,and would not hesitate to recommend Simon Barker.

Having recently moved into my new property, the upstairs toilet decided to stop flushing. I contacted Simon and an appointment was made for someone to visit in approximately a couple of weeks. Harry the young plumber arrived exactly on time (actually he was half an hour early). He changed the flush unit in the cistern which wasn’t easy as the bathroom is dated and connections had corroded with time. He was friendly, approachable and fixed the problem. Unfortunately, overnight a very slight leak developed from one of the connections but as soon as I contacted the company Harry immediately contacted me (within a couple of minutes) to arrange a time to come and resolve the problem. Again on arrival he was friendly, punctual and approachable. He had the issue resolved within 5-10 minutes and the toilet has been perfect since. I was so impressed with the company and Harry that I have them booked in to complete a boiler/heating check for me later this month.

Simon Barker Services is an approved servicer for Viessmann boilers. We have used them now for about five years. Their engineers are always polite, competent and efficient. Their charge for a boiler service is very reasonable. I would have no problem recommending the company to a prospective user.

I have used Simon Barker Services Ltd 3 times. This time was to replace a very old oil boiler and cylinder to a combi boiler. As usual the Service was first class. I wish that there were more companies like this. The customer service is the best around, the whole team are professional polite knowledgeable friendly helpful and clean tidy workers. Had a new boiler fitted to replace my very old one. Jake and Callum arrived on time both days and were very pleasant. They made sure I could access hot water and heating whilst my boiler was out of commission. They did an excellent job, explained things and made sure everything was neat and tidy when they left. No hesitation in recommending them.

A nice family service with work completed to a high standard at a price which was agreed would fully recommend their service - job well done!

The 2 man team were great, quick, tidy and polite. Super job (replace shower pump). Always removed boots in the house. Came in under estimate too! Also took away all waste and old parts. Would recommend them any time.

Kept appointment to review work required. Provided detailed quote in promised time span. Agreed work dates and started on time. Kept informed of progress and finished as promised. Removed old boiler and left premises tidy. Plumbers worked well. Work completed in accordance with quote. Will use again when service required.
