Barkers came to do 2 jobs for us, service the boiler and replace the kitchen tap. The tap was too difficult to do on their first visit, they phoned the next day to make a fresh appointment and fitted the new tap within the week. An excellent service was provided on both visits. Highly recommended.

As we hadn't used this company before we were a little apprehensive, but had no reason to be. They were recommended by our oil suppliers "Chandlers" Spalding. Excellent design involving us every step of the away. Excellent advice on materials, styles and products. Excellent team of installers who were friendly, professional and willing to help and engage with us. Only one slight misunderstanding which Simon rectified immediately and caused no issues. Excellent customer care involved using carpet protector on stairs, hallway and bedroom carpets. Design included 1 or 2 "wow" additions to set our bathroom apart from the 'hotel' or budget look. Important for people to remember the old adage of " You get what you pay for!" Cutting corners and saving money in the present can only lead to problems in the future when involving water....as water always wins and will find a way "out" if instillation isn't carried out to a high "spec."
