Pleasant and efficient. My removal firm, the day before, had been unable (legally) to disconnect an unexpected electrical connection of my dishwasher. The plumber drove me the mile or so to my old house, disconnected the machine and alone manhandled it into his van and the into new house. No extra charge.

We were told when our boiler was due for servicing (so we don't worry about it!) They Arrived on the date, promised, dead on time. Friendly and efficient work, with an extra problem fixed at no cost. The invoice was just for the amount we'd been quoted. Total satisfaction!
