Problem with a broken toilet flush handle. Message left on their answer phone on previous evening. Received a prompt reply next morning & problem was sorted within 2 hours. Gentleman explained things & was polite and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Radiator moved. American style fridge plumbed in which involved running a cable through a wall. He was at the house longer than we expected but the work was more involved than what we thought, so we assumed it would come in more expensive than the quote, but it didn't. Will definitely use them again.

Removal of existing oil boiler and hot water cylinder replaced with Combi boiler and overhaul of current system.
