Excellent design involving us every step of the away. Excellent advice on materials, styles and products. Excellent team of installers who were friendly, professional and willing to help and engage with us. Only one slight misunderstanding which Simon rectified immediately and caused no issues. Excellent customer care involved using carpet protector on stairs, hallway and bedroom carpets. Design included 1 or 2 "wow" additions to set our bathroom apart from the 'hotel' or budget look. Important for people to remember the old adage of " You get what you pay for!" Cutting corners and saving money in the present can only lead to problems in the future when involving water....as water always wins and will find a way "out" if instillation isn't carried out to a high "spec."

Excellent service from start to finish. Good booking process and phone call on the day to inform me the engineer was delayed (broken down van). The engineer and apprentice were excellent in disconnecting old washer, and connecting new one. Would use again.

The two young engineers knew exactly what was required and kept us informed of progress. In addition they were friendly, polite and considerate, to the extent I called their office to compliment them. The work was completed efficiently and effectively. An excellent service.
