Visited the Exmouth showroom to look at electric fires. A very personable lady in the showroom talked us through the options and we duly placed an order for the removal and making good of our existing gas fire, and the installation of a new Dimplex electric fire. Very pleased with the whole process.

A new integrated Bosch dishwasher needed to be fitted into our Ikea kitchen. Unfortunately the original builders eight years ago had botched the original installation - looked ok from the front, nightmare at the back/plumbing etc.. Long-ish story short. Simon T. Showrooms took pity on us. Agreed to ‘attach door’ and get it all working. And they achieved it! It sounds so minor but seriously, it turned out to be the installation from hell. From Leeanne at the front desk in the showroom to Kristian who was the main engineer involved. Communications/knowledge/empathy/customer care, it was all there in spades. Every contact from our initial one until our final bill was timely and efficient. I felt charges were reasonable for the time taken too. I don’t know the extent of ST’s working area but suggest contacting them should you have a need of their services. Simon Turner Showrooms, many, many thanks.

I have used Simon Turner's company on many occasions and have always been delighted with the professionalism and competence of the team. Most recent experience was to repair a water leak; the team member attended promptly and repaired the problem with a minimum of fuss. Previously, Simon Turner's installed my new bathroom (brilliant!) and also a new central heating boiler, which they service regularly. All of the staff are helpful and friendly - I would definitely recommend them.

A fast, efficient and seemless experience from initial phone enquiry onwards - a rarity these days!! Work came in on budget - being disconnection and removal of ugly gas fire and surround, replastering where it had been, removal of an electrical socket and replastering, supply & fitting of hearth and corner wood burner with flue outlet through the roof. Workmen arrived when scheduled - and timescale as scheduled. They were respectful and personable, using dustsheets etc., and happy to answer any daft questions I posed during the work. On completion fire commissoned and tested, plus all health & safety requirements carried out with regards fixing CO2 detector to wall. Simon Turner and Co renewed the downstairs cloakroom. New loo, new sink. To make good any tile work was in the original quote however the work was that brilliantly conducted there was no damage whatsoever to existing tile work. The work was completed on budget and on time. The loo flushes rigorously and it didn’t before. Simon seems to recruit staff who are businesslike, orderly, organised and pleasant to have in the house. Which is an achievement in itself. He’s definitely not the cheapest, but he is the best.

The shower died on 11th August. I chose Simon Turners as my first choice as they were recommended by Which? rather than try 'pot luck' amongst the many 'local" plumbers. I also wished to try truly local rather than nearby. I rang early afternoon today, the 12th, with a brief description of my requirements. A call back shortly thereafter resulted in an acceptable quote ( had done some research) and luckily a cancelled job meant that their engineer could come this afternoon. The work was done quickly, tidily and efficiently as well as very pleasantly within about 2 hours of my initial contact. The company was efficient, friendly and professional throughout. Based on my experience today I can recommend them without reservation.

We had a bath replaced with a walk in shower. We received several quotes from various companies. Simon Turner's was similar to others. However, what was different was the expertise and choice they could offer. We wanted the shower tray to fit exactly the space vacated by the bath. Other companies simply offered us 'off the shelf' trays which were either too short, too narrow, too wide etc. Thanks to their knowledge of the market Simon Turner were able to source an amazing shower tray in black which can be cut to size. The high quality black double shower fitting also looks amazing. Chris and Simon made an excellent job of it and their 'making good' of access points in the walls was outstanding. Just needed a splash of paint from myself. What was really impressive however, was the aftercare service they provided. Some 'creative' plumbing by previous companies had meant there were a few wrong connections made ,through no fault of their own. Once we noticed, a week or so later Simon Turner had someone out within the hour to sort it. Brilliant! You can get other quotes but I have no doubt you will come back to choose Simon Turner.

We used Simon Turner Showrooms to replace our gas boiler. A fitter came round within a day of our request for an estimate to size up the job etc. Within a day we received a competitive quote for a high quality Worcester Bosch boiler which we accepted. We then agreed an installation date suitable to us. The fitting was done efficiently on the day with no fuss. The fitter was polite and ensured all work was carried out as expected and in a timely and tidy manner. Guarantees were sent by email after final payments were made. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Have used Simon Turner’s company twice. First time was September 2024 to replace an old gas boiler and to fit a wood burner stove. Second time in March 2025 was to renovate two bathrooms. I would highly recommend Simon’s company, the work was carried out to a very high standard, all the workers involved left the premises each day clean and tidy.

Work to up date and replace en-suite bathroom was undertaken by Simon and Chris. An excellent team who were pleasant, competent and very tidy. Any glitches were overcome and resolved without fuss. The quote for work was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but given the quality of workmanship, materials and our confidence that any future issues would be resolved make us pleased we chose Simon Turner. Recommended.

Great Service! Purchased package of Media Wall with electric fire. With just a picture in a brochure to show what we wanted, Simon Turner installers created a great Media Wall, comprising TV and Soundbar (sourced elsewhere) and electric fire (purchased from Simon Turner). Just how we had envisaged it. What we liked was the package included as well as Media Wall and fire, all electrics and even the skirting board, so all we had to do was paint the wall. Great workers, very considerate and skilled. Highly recommend this company.

Great service arranging our new bathroom from design to fitting. Claire was great in helping us with our options based on what we were looking for and worked with us, and the fitters did a great job putting it together.

I have no hesitation in recommending Simon Turner and his team. From the initial discussion to completing the log burner installation, they provided clear advice and execution. When they encountered a problem with the chimney, they quickly identified an effective solution. Top marks.

Despite some issues outside of Simon Turner Showrooms remit they helped sort it out. The final bathroom fully meets our expectations and we are delighted with the job.

I cannot speak highly enough of Simon and his team. After living for almost a year with a semi functional bathroom which had been pulled apart to fix a leak and then waiting for someone who let me down to respond, I decided enough was enough and went to see Simon. From day one communication was excellent, I was kept informed of each stage and all my needs were accommodated, everything I asked for was listened to and nothing was forgotten, oh, and they always answer the phone which is a rarity these days. The guys were extremely pleasant, professional and hard working, and kept everything clean and tidy, they knew exactly what they were doing and it all went like clockwork. Everything was ripped out and my entire bathroom replaced including the floor and ceiling, and, a walk in shower instead of a bath. I came home from work after late shift on the Friday night and when I saw how beautiful it was I actually cried, no rough edges or botched bits, everything perfect. The most responsive and professional company I have dealt with in a very long time.

The door to our shower cabinet seemed to explode early one morning and we contacted Simon Turner about a replacement. Turned out we would need a new cabinet, as spares no longer available. Simon's people turned up on time - were quick & clean, and replaced the replacement cabinet when it was found to be flawed. Altogether a good job - timely and cleared up well afterwards.

It recently became necessary to replace the shower screen in my shower room so at the same time I asked Simon Turner for a quote to also remove the bath from my en-suite bathroom and replace it with a shower. Ryan came to measure up and explained what was entailed in the work. I decided to go ahead and accepted the quote. Martha at the Showrooms was very helpful when choosing colours for materials to fit with the existing tiles and the flooring, which obviously had to be replaced. Simon and Liam came and carried out all the work in a very efficient manner with as little disruption as possible, also removing the materials that were no longer needed and leaving everything clean and tidy. All this took just two and a half days. I am very happy with the end result. Much better than having to climb into the bath for a shower, safer too! Thank you Simon Turner.

Really pleased with our new bathroom. Simon Turner has an excellent showroom ….. so much choice!! Excellent customer service from Martha on our first showroom visit. Ryan was great with planning and advice. Can’t speak highly enough of Ben and Bryan they are excellent fitters. They kept us informed at all times. A couple of problems were speedily sorted out. Communication with everyone was first rate.

Ryan carried out the design and Ben and Bryan did the work. The team produced an excellent finish and managed one or two unexpected problems really wee.

Excellent customer service and workmanship from Simon Turner's team. Ryan prepared the layout, the costings and also helped us to choose the new bath, shower, toilet, sink, taps, tiling, flooring, etc. The fitters, Ben and Bryan, were punctual, tidy and polite. They kept us informed of progress and involved us when necessary in key decisions during the refit. We are pleased with the quality of fixtures and fittings and the general standard of finish achieved. The quoted schedule was 7 to 10 days and this was achieved. The work was also completed to budget.
