Simon came late at night to fix a leak that had developed which was greatly appreciated. He services our rayburn every year and has an in depth knowledge of central heating and plumbing which he is able to adapt to our less conventional system. He always keeps us fully informed of a job's progress and completes tasks to a high standard and cleans up very well after any job. He is a pleasure to deal with and we greatly appreciate his hard work and knowledge and would be completely lost without him.

Simon installed a megaflo cylinder for us and did a fabulous job. After poor work by previous plumbers, Simon was able to diagnose a way forward to remedy the problem of poor water pressure and sometimes no flow whatsoever. The task turned out to be more difficult than envisaged due to lack of joist support and poor piping but Simon was able to always come up with a solution and worked extremely hard to finish the job as quickly as possible so that the heating could be switched back on at what was a very cold time of the year. Simon is very professional and knows his trade extremely well and can be trusted to always do a brilliant job - we really value him and would not hesitate to recommend. Our water is beautifully hot with great pressure and no more airlocks - thank you Simon!

Installed a Vaillant 630 boiler. Simon is is courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, experienced and works very hard. During the assessment he stayed a bit longer and drained the old boiler which was leaking everywhere without us asking - he just offered! All questions we asked beforehand around different makes of boiler and size were answered simply and with minimal technical jargon. He kept us informed at all times and installed the boiler in a day so we had our central heating back the same day he turned up - he stayed longer to do this. No surprises, price paid was as quoted and he cleared up at the end of the day. Cannot recommend highly enough - such lovely bloke!
