Simply Spaces completed a full home renovation for us, and we are delighted with the quality of the work and the experience of working with the whole Simply Spaces team. The work included: 1)Repairing extensive damage to our roof and interior walls (including mold and rotten timber) from a water leak and replacing the old structures with high-quality materials. 2)Installing a new flat roof terrace floor, new coping stones and rendering on the walls, as well as a new external door and lighting. 3)A new kitchen which they custom fitted in a very tight space. 2 new bathrooms with tiling and all plumbing. 4)Work to bring the bedroom and living room up to the same standard as the new kitchen and bathrooms, including painting, lighting and wiring. Every single piece of work was completed to a very high standard, without us ever having to ask. Each time a decision was needed Max was on the phone or video showing us what needed to be done, presenting options and offering advice - this made the whole process stress-free. We agreed the budget up front and Max managed the work to keep to the budget. Where there were unknowns, Max made that clear before any work was undertaken and always provided us with options. Our house feels and looks much better than it did when it was new 13 years ago. It is such a relief to know that the original roof problems have been so professionally fixed….huge peace of mind! We can’t recommend Simply Spaces enough and would be very happy to use them

We had a boxed-in wall-mounted toilet coming off the wall, we spoke to Max who gave us a great quote. Robert arrived a few days later removed the toilet & boxed in cistern, fitted a new cistern, floor mounted toilet & reboxed in & tiled in the new cistern. Robert also fitted some new light fittings while he was with us, he was hard working, polite, respectful & made sure all areas were clean before he left. I would happily recommend SimplySpaces LTD to friends & family.

Simply Spaces are a local company to me - which was a major factor for me. Right from the word go I trusted the company and their recommendations. My gut instinct was correct which resulted in a harmonious working relationship with top quality results and a house I’m very proud of. They gutted and renovated my bathroom, kitchen and cloakroom to a very high standard and have had no problems with any of it since. They also replaced the front sash windows and painted the exterior of the house including front wall and railings. They replaced the back roof and some issue on the front roof. Additionally they sanded a bedroom floor and decorated two bedrooms including sorting a serious damp issue in one of them. Oh and they fitted a wooden floor in my hall! The quality checking was daily and knowing that the owners were on site doing this made me feel reassured. The team Simply Spaces used were all very courteous and respectful of me and my family and dog. I gave them a spare key as was happy to leave them to it whilst I was at work. All in all I can honesty say they were superb and would definitely use them again and have since recommended them to other people.
