After having a faulty boiler part replaced by Bosch an electrical fault was discovered that the Bosch engineer couldn't (or wouldn't) diagnose (or fix). This left us with no heating or hot water. After phoning Sines to discuss this Steve came out and spent time working out where the electrical fault was, obtained the new part and fixed it. He also took time to ensure everything was working as it should before leaving. This was faultless customer service. They always approach every job with professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. We have used Sines for many years and will continue to do so, we trust them to always do a good job and to explain everything clearly to us.

I cannot recommend Sines enough, I'm so pleased with the work they have done and how they carried out the work in my home. The way all of the team interacted with me left me with confidence in their work and they went above and beyond to help with my requests and do a good job. Customer service was excellent from everyone I was in contact with. Communication was very easy, they were happy to answer questions, put my mind at ease about things and explain things to me. The guys who fitted the boiler were really friendly, polite, professional and very accommodating. They worked hard throughout their time at mine. From Steve's visit to advise on our best options to Simon & Martyn fitting our new combi boiler, I remain hugely impressed by this company. The fitters turned up at 7.30 on the dot each day, and although there was lots of mess during the works, they cleaned up immaculately at the end of each day, and it was a pleasure having them in the house. It was a great experience from the very first moment and having our old boiler checked to the end having new one installed. Sarah was communicating everything very clearly throughout the process so I always knew where things were and what are the next steps. Boiler check, installation and all service around was absolutely amazing - gents are doing wonderful job leaving you with confidence that everything has been installed properly, according to manufacturer specification and safe. All works were done very neatly and professionally. Also, all of them were super nice, friendly and happy to answer any question that I got. I have been using Sines for boiler servicing for several years and they were very good so I decided to use them to install a replacement boiler. Steve inspected the current boiler and sent a quote within a couple of days. He clearly has plenty of experience and knows the business thoroughly. The quote was within the figure I had expected and the installation went ahead. Steve was on hand to introduce his installers, Simon and Ben, and to explain exactly what he wanted them to do. The work took one and a half days and Simon and Ben worked solidly. They were considerate, tidy and made sure I understood the controls before leaving. Steve made sure that everything was as he expected before job completion.

Steve and Ben of Sines Plumbing and Heating responded to a home emergency (water leak from a pinprick hole in a hard-to-get-to water inlet pipe) even though this service was no longer in their core area of expertise around central heating, boilers, and air conditioners. They did so because of the error in the way that Which? Trusted Trader was presenting their service, now I believe corrected. They were professional (and athletic!) throughout and a pleasure to do business with in a difficult situation. Their professionalism and clear customer service ethic were a stand-out for this area of work and I would not hesitate to recommend them as a result. Thank you Steve and Ben!!

This is the second time I have used Sines and I was not disappointed. They did the usual very high quality work. Very quick, clean and professional. They are excellent in what they do and would not hesitate in calling them again.

Sines have just finished installing a new heating system for me. This is the fourth house I have owned that I have used them to overhaul the heating system. I can't fault them and would strongly recommend, they don't oversell, they are fairly priced, tidy in their work and get jobs complete on time. Steve and his team are just nice guys to deal with too, which is important on bigger jobs when they can be in your house for days! I wouldn't consider using another plumber.

We use Sines for our annual boiler check and have always been satisfied with their work. Recently we had a leak on the heating system on a Sunday and Sines responded very quickly, identified the problem and arrange for the necessary repair work to be carried out first thing on the Monday. It was also recommended that the wiring to the system controls be checked. Today Martin and Simon attended site and confirmed the system had been poorly wired, and carried out a rewire as necessary, including new controls for both the heating and hot water. They were quick and efficient and did a superb job. They also explain the controls and set the required times. As a retired Building Surveyor I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Just had some excellent work carried out by Sines of Knaphill. A very friendly and skilled team who kept us informed at every stage. In our view a five star company whom I would thoroughly recommend.

Our central heating didn’t come on in the morning so I called Sines on the recommendation of a neighbour and their customer service was absolutely outstanding. They called me back right away (out of hours) to make sure it wasn’t an emergency, and then pulled out all the stops to get someone round to fix the problem so we wouldn’t be left in freezing cold that night with our young daughter. They were prompt, friendly, helpful, with excellent communication. I really cannot recommend them enough.

I’m disappointed to have to leave this feedback, as I have used Sines previously multiple times, and have always been very satisfied with the quality of workmanship of their jobs. However, their customer service appears to have gone downhill as of late. I tried to book a boiler service with them. Whilst they initially came back with a price list of different options promptly, they then went quiet when I asked questions about which would be suitable. A few weeks later, I chased by phone and had lengthy and bizarre conversation with Sarah, who seemed to claim my account details with them were locked and they couldn’t book anything at this stage. She also suggested that I research whether my boiler manufacturer allowed service by non-accredited engineer - you would think that the company knows which boiler manufacturers they can or cannot service. Sarah said that she would follow up and see what the issue with the account was and get back to me, and in the meantime asked me to send over details of the boiler. I did so, however to this day, several months later, I am still yet to hear anything from them. In the end I gave up and used another company who did an excellent job with no fuss. I’m at a loss to explain what happened here - if they were too busy to take on a job for me they could have just said so, and I’d have thought no less of them. Instead, I believe their behaviour is incredibly rude, and will not use them again.

Darren is very knowledgeable and cares to details. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed on the same day. Prompt response as always and provide very professional service to local community! I use Sines for boiler maintenance on annual basis. Highly recommended!

We had a replacement boiler, but on arrival it quickly turned into something more complex, with various other things needing dealing with. The fitter, Martyn, was nothing short of brilliant. He explained very patiently what needed doing and why. He and the team were polite and conscientious throughout and thoroughly professional. The quality of the work was outstanding, and they left everything exactly as they found it. Martyn very reassuringly went through all the required safety checks with me at the end. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Sines were beyond amazing! Steve saved my family and I from a potentially lethal gas leak. It was a very scary situation but we were safe in Steve’s hands. We had some previous work done that wasn’t up to standard, Steve and his team did an amazing job fixing all of the errors. I cannot sing their praises enough. Their care, attention to detail and workmanship is impeccable. They don’t cut corners but make sure everything is perfect before they leave a job. Steve and Co we cannot thank you enough! My friend recommended Sines company to me. Sarah provided outstanding customer service with good communication before and after the work is done. Steve provided detailed assessment with valuable advice of how to improve the energy efficiency. Sean and his team replaced my gas boiler and all radiators with power flush within 2 days. They are very efficient and detail to attention. Highly recommended and reliable!

Despite being very busy, Sines were able to quickly respond to diagnose and then resolve our fairly catastrophic boiler issues. The service was fantastic throughout, starting with the ladies in the office through to the guys who came to do the installation. Martin and Henry were brilliantly efficient, continually checking in to make sure we were happy with what they were doing, explaining everything, and the reasoning behind the work they recommended. Regular visits from Steve to check progress, and he was thankfully on hand to fix a last minute near-disaster (which was NOT of their making). All in all I genuinely couldn't have wished for better service and a better outcome. Oh, and I think they left the house cleaner than it was when they started! Thank you to all at Sines!

Good experience from start to finish. Steve Sines came promptly to our aid when our old boiler was failing, giving us the latest advice and information about relevant gas regulations and providing a full written quote for a new (and relocated) boiler. Then Martyn & Henry were on site every day on time and were very good at explaining the works being undertaken, giving us clear information and options. They were polite and friendly throughout and left us everyday having cleaned up thoroughly any area they were working in. We are very pleased with the works and the installation.

I cannot recommend this company enough, it's the best company I have ever traded with so far and I wasn't complaining before. Anyway, some facts. The system proposed to me was very good quality so they did not cut the cost for a better deal. I suggested some changes, had a few questions and I never felt that I am trouble maker or anything of that sort, actually opposite meaning that I felt that it is ok to ask and ok to make changes. The job was done great, the house was clean (probably better than before the work), and the system works perfectly. I am very happy that I chose Sines to do this project.

Steve's team were excellent. We needed our old warm air heating system replaced with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler. All staff were extremely good, kept us informed throughout the installation. Were very tidy at the end of each day & even managed to complete the work a day quicker than expected. Martin, Nathan & Lloyd, the installers, were excellent whilst Sarah in the office kept us updated of progress from initial quote through to completion. Will certainly be having our annual service with Sines. Highly recommended.

We contacted Sines plumbing after moving to a property requiring a new boiler. Steve had completed a boiler upgrade at our previous house and we had been very impressed. We were so glad we chose Steve and Sines plumbing again. They are without a doubt the best professional tradespeople I have encountered. Steve was brilliant when coming to quote and explained everything in a friendly, easy to understand manner. The quote was comprehensive and reasonably priced. Martin and Nathan who came to do all the works were both extremely polite, respectful and professional. They were evidently very knowledgeable and any potential problems were tackled speedily and skilfully. They cleaned up beautifully after each day and I was kept informed at each step of the process. Jayne and Sarah in the office were also brilliant and any queries I had over email or phone were dealt with promptly and politely. Steve and the others at Sines Plumbing are among some of the best professional trades I've ever dealt with. Steve came to quote and was careful to quote really well and worked closely with our builder to make sure we had the best possible system. We were looking at a total re-plumb, with a new boiler, new pipes, new tanks and new pumps. We bought our house about a year ago and it had been rented for nearly 20 years, so everything was on its last legs. Steve understood what we wanted and he and his guys Brandon and Martin were extremely thorough, polite, tidy and helpful. Given the time of year (over the Christmas period) they also put in some really tough hours in a freezing cold empty house. Whenever I met Steve and his team they were extremely polite, helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Sines Plumbing again and I will be using them for all the follow-up servicing and any other big work we have coming in the future.

I used this company to replace my boiler a few years ago and have continued to use them to service my boiler. They are always on time, always reliable, always leave everything tidy. A challenging and sometimes trying job which the team met head on. They diligently set about their work with the upmost professionalism and consideration. The passion for the work is evident and he accepts nothing but the best from his polite and respectful team. It is very rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work - someone who simply refuses to settle for "that will do". The result of which, of course, is a job very well done. One must not forget the team supporting Steve and his front-line team - the correspondence before, during and after the job is prompt, courteous and informative.
