SJH Installations fitted a new toilet (cistern and pan) and I was really happy with the result and the whole process. Sean was lovely to talk to and really helpful - I'd never had this work done before so had some questions that were probably quite basic(!) but he never made me feel silly for asking them and explained everything clearly. All the work was done to the agreed schedule and budget and to a high quality. I feel confident about 1) asking SJH Installations to do any future plumbing work at my flat and 2) recommending them to my local friends and family.

Our old shower developed an electrical problem, and Sean advised over the phone that it would probably be cheaper to replace the shower, rather than pay for him to come out, diagnose the problem, send for any spare parts, and return and fit them. He offered to source a new shower for us, but I said we would be happy to buy one, and he then recommended we go to Screwfix to benefit from a 10% discount. We bought a replacement that day, Sean fitted it the following day, and it works perfectly. Helpfully Sean texted to say when he would arrive that day. We found him to be polite, friendly and honest, and he did an excellent job, leaving the place clean and tidy. We'd be happy to use him again.

Sean came to replace a water inlet valve and a pressure release valve. He also completed an annual service. Sean arrived when he said he would, carried out the work tidily with good cheer and charged as quoted.

Problems with our home boiler and sink were carefully diagnosed and repaired. Sean kept us informed and he was courteous and professional throughout. We highly recommend Sean and we wish him a successful career. He deserves no less.

I had three quotes for the removal of the old boiler, hot water cylinder and loft water tank. SJH Installations were the most reasonable price, after a few days consideration I contacted Sean at SJH Installations, and two weeks later he came to carry out the work. Everything was finished on time and within budget, nice tidy pipe work, no mess left behind and very helpful. Definitely recommend.
