I decided I wanted to change my wooden decking to composite on Friday 14th June about 2pm so called the number online. Shane called me back within 10 minutes and visited at 4pm. He could have come in his work clothes as I know he was coming after finishing a job, but no. It looked like he'd been home and got changed. He was really friendly and gave me a quote that day. Told me it would be a few weeks for a start date which wasn't an issue. I just asked whether we could have it done by the end of August. I waited 6 weeks. They worked throughout some of the hottest days of the year, all day without stopping. They removed the old decking, the hard core we'd used underneath and a concrete shed base that took 4 hours to break up. They updated us at all times so we knew exactly what was happening and when the boards didn't get delivered on time Shane collected them from out of County. The new decking is lovely. I'm so pleased. Shane came and sorted an issue with the fascia the day after I told him (that was the Sunday after they finished on the Saturday) I have now decided to remove a fence at the end of the decking, so I called them for a price for more newel posts and facias and they are coming to sort that in a couple of weeks. Great bunch of lads. All very courteous and work a full day when they say they're going to. Cleaned the garden when they left. Big ticks all round. I never bothered getting another quote. Steve and colleagues did an excellent job of cleaning my back patio and block paving at the front of my house. We had our garden patio relayed and artificial grass laid by Shane and his team. Having received a number of quotes, the pricing was more than fair and the timelines were arranged punctual. Communication from start to finish was brill, and included a daily debrief on what had been achieved, any issues and what was next to happen.
