I received an amazing service from Martin and his crew when moving home. They were polite, professional and efficient. All my belongings were treated with care and looked after very well. From the very beginning of receiving a quote to the actual day of the move, they provided a great service. I have nothing but praise for them and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Dave and his team helped us move house and were absolutely amazing! From booking them in, everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful. Due to a slight delay of our exchange date, we had to change the day that the team were booked in and this was done seamlessly and without query. When moving day came, the team who turned up at our house were just brilliant! Really helpful, careful with our belongings and kept us informed of their progress the whole time. Our items were going in to storage rather than a house but they took the time to advise us of what storage locker would be the correct size and packed everything away neatly and efficiently. The whole way through our move, the team always took the time to answer our questions and provide reassurance and advice. We 100% recommend Dave and his team. They definitely put us at ease and made a normally stressful experience stress free.

David and team took all the stress out of my moving day. From the first time David came to do the quote, I felt reassured. He explained his plan for packing and loading the day before the big move. The packing was done with care, efficiency and respect. And the same for the unloading which was a bit challenging. All items arrived safely. Not one breakage. David and his team moved us at short notice and brilliantly managed an enormous amount of things from one large house to another, where we had previously been living for over 20 years. The attitude was friendly but polite and the whole service was delivered in the most professional manner possible - from packing to loading to transporting and unloading. Smart Removals were recommended to me and I am so pleased they were. I asked them to quote alongside two other companies. Their quote was competitive and Dave and Julia responded to all my queries. A team of three came to pack up one day and move me the next. At all times they were extremely professional, polite and I couldn't have asked for more. Everything was very well packed. They covered exterior doors with protective covers, protective covers on all mattresses and I couldn't have wished for more care than they took. They loaded very efficiently in Hertfordshire and unloaded in Hampshire and were on their way home by 2.30. I highly recommend them, they are competitive, extremely efficient and just a great team who worked well together and very hard.

We used a comparison site for our removal company, and was immediately struck by the polite and non-invasive mail sent from Smart Carriers introducing themselves. David visited and immediately put us at ease regarding the packing and removal process. His crew loaded calmly and quickly prior to the actual day, and arrived promptly on the removal day. They were cheery and nothing was too much trouble, even having to wait a while to gain entry to the new house. Everything was put in the right place, assembled correctly and, more amazingly, there was nothing damaged! I would definitely recommend the company from the good experience I had.

I contacted Smart Carriers via BAR. Dave and Julia responded promptly to my queries. We had a two day move. First day to pack and load and Martin and his team were just amazing. The second day was supposed to be just unload but, completion was delayed by a day, so the second day the team had to wait for us to get keys, 5pm!! The team had to sit around from 10am but were great, they worked hard and effectively when the time came to unload. Highly recommend Smart Carriers. Thank you all who were involved.

On move day they were on time and worked nonstop all day, and it was a very long day! Couldn't have asked for more!

David and his team went above and beyond to ensure our move was completed ahead of time. Everything was packed with care and rapidly removed. Everybody was highly professional and very friendly. We were late getting the key to our new house and the team carried working past 7pm to ensure everything was completed same day. Incredibly impressed and incredibly appreciative.
