David came over promptly to give us a quotation, and just gave us a great feeling, so it was an easy decision to choose Smart Carriers. We packed ourselves, and Smart Carriers provided all of the boxes, tape and bubble wrap, when we ran out of bubble wrap they brought over more really quickly. We had a number of failed completion dates which was incredibly stressful and ended up exchanging 2 days before completion, with a 3 day move plan, we ended up a day short, but David (and Julia in the office) were really relaxed, put us at ease and managed to move things around to make sure he could fit us in. David and his team took great care in everything they moved, packed up all of our pictures and mirrors really carefully and in the pouring rain all day they all worked so hard and tirelessly on the day. They were brilliant and I would no hesitation in whole heartedly recommending them. Thanks guys!

Really pleased I booked Smart Carriers. These guys know what real work is. Every part of the service was spot on. The first visit from David Smart set me at ease. He came over on the same day I called him, on a Saturday, clearly set out the service options and had a quote to us by Monday. We opted for self-packing services and they provide all the boxes and packing material as standard well in advance. The team on the day were courteous and professional. They laid protective sheeting on the floors and carpets and were really careful when moving things around. The standard service includes taking apart the bed frames and wardrobes plus reassembly in the destination room of choice. They even take the clothes out the wardrobes, transport them in wardrobe boxes, and then put them back in. I am genuinely amazed at how hard the team worked. Thank you Smart Carriers.

David worked out a 3 day removal plan to take us from Hertfordshire to Wales with as little hassle as possible for a long move. His team have a relaxed & friendly approach while making sure that everything is professionally & quickly done. Nothing was too much trouble, any problem could be overcome, even removing & replacing the gate at our new home to get the removal van in and out!

A big thanks to the guys at Smart Carriers. Friendly, efficient and very professional. The packing was flawless and nothing broken. Certainly one of our best decisions was to get them to pack everything. Excellent office support and there was always someone answering the telephone. The unloading was fast and efficient and despite the tortured turns of a Victorian building everything was safely managed Into place.

We used Smart Carriers when we moved from London to the Forest of Dean. We were impressed by their great communication, professionalism and price. Moving home is stressful but they made it as stress free as possible. When issues arose because the previous owners of our new home were not moved out on completion, they were patient and quietly found solutions. I can't recommend these guys enough.

From the moment David Smart (owner of Smart Carriers Ltd) can round to our house to provide a quotation for moving our house contents to our new address he instilled us with confidence that his company was the right one for us. We went for the full packing service (great option) and four guys arrived the day before our move and swiftly and carefully started to pack all our house contents away. They completed most of the house in one day, returning the next day to finish the remainder.
