Smart Energi were excellent from start to finish. We dealt with Tim from first enquiry, through quotation and contracts. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and everything was clearly explained including different options for the equipment and pay back periods. Gareth and the guys who did the installation were superb. Very clean, tidy and respectful around the house. We had a Solar Edge system installed with 17 PV panels plus a 10kW battery. I have already recommended them to a number of friends and neighbours!

Very happy with Tim and the Smart Energi team who installed our Solar PV system. Stuck to the timescales provided, completed work to a very high standard and with minimum disruption and everything worked straight away! We had 24 solar panels and three storage batteries fitted by Smart Energi Ltd. of Wrexham. They quoted promptly, answered all our questions fully, arrived to fit the equipment on the promised day and then cleaned up after themselves. Since then, 8/9 months ago, we have had just one query, which they answered immediately and helpfully. The boss, Tim, is good news and they are probably the best workmen we have ever dealt with. We have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential users.

Tim and the SmartEneri Team installed 14 x in-roof Solar panels, a GivEnergy 5 KW Gen 2 Hybrid Inverter and a 9.5 KW GivEnergy battery. I found Tim very knowledgably and he understood my requirement from the beginning. I already knew pretty much what system I wanted and although Tim discussed possible option, he never tried to pressure me into a more expensive system (unlike some other companies I had spoken to). The team arrived on the day we arranged and worked to the agreed timetable. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the install is very neat and tidy. The team were all very friendly and answered any question that arouse during the install. On completion Tim provided a very thorough handover, including all the paper work (which they completed on my behalf) and has been available to answer a couple of question I have had post install. I would highly recommend SmartEnergi.
