Home EVSE fitted (Easee One). I nstallation process was simple, from the online survey, FaceTime confirmation of works needed and finally the install. The staff were friendly and polite throughout and the installer was quietly efficient on the day. Very happy with the process.

I was having real problems with my order for a EV Charger with British Gas and could not get hold of then for an update or to speak to them. I purchased an Sync EV Electric Car Charger for my soon to be delivered Electric Car back in December 2021. As soon as I was comfortable that the order would be fulfilled I cancelled my British Gas order. Smart Home Charge were excellent with their communications and quick at answering any questions and I was confident with the company. We are very particular about the outside of our house and we explained that we did not want cables in sight and were assured that they would do what they could. Their electrician, whose name I can't recall, was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to discuss the route of the cable with us and to make sure we were happy with the work to be carried out. His work was very neat and tidy and the routing of the cable was perfect for us. The unit itself if quite discreet, although you do know it is there. It has never failed since fitted. The phone app is very reliable and has really good functionality. All in all, Smart Home Charge exceeded my expectations.

I had a home charger fitted for a new EV vehicle. Very professional prior to fitting. Spotted a safety issue with house earth and gave me advice as to how I rectified it. Arranged to fit it and gave me support to use the charger. Quality of charger is excellent and service of a similar standard. I would fully recommend the company.

Supply and Installation on EV Charger Excellent communication throughout - prompt responses by email from enquiry through to quote and payment. Good communication by phone in scheduling work and coordinating with Western Power (who needed to upgrade the supply fuse). Confirmation the day before of the name of the installer and expected arrial time. On the day the work was carried out efficiently and included a demonstration of how the unit operated including confirming connection to the app on my mobile phone. All staff (both installer and in the office) were friendly and professional.
