Having spent considerable amount of time researching various companies this one stood out from the rest! From initial contact via platform to installation I have to highly recommend! Installation performed & conducted professionally focusing on my requirements routing of cable charger siting. Throughout installation kept informed of process by a very knowledgeable well mannered engineer. Installation completed in 2 hours instructions on use of robot/charger app in detail. From initial contact use of platform I have to highly recommend this company in every aspect a superb experience!

As both a Fleet Manager and company car driver, I have seen both sides of Smart Home Charge and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others. Their website is super-helpful and clear, packed with lots of jargon-free information for those of us migrating to electric vehicles. Cost for home charge point supply and install offers great value for money too. Smart Home Charge sailed through our very detailed and diligent onboarding process, which is no mean feat, as we are very careful about who we engage to work with. Smart Home Charge were super-amenable, emails and calls were always answered promptly, meaning it was simple to agree Terms and Conditions. From there, our drivers submitted a simple survey regarding their property - things like proximity of consumer unit to outside wall etc., which Smart Home Charge used to generate a supply and install quote. Install appointments were agreed and in every case, the engineer arrived on the agreed date, with our drivers commenting on how neat, tidy and professional the they had been when installing the home charge points. It's not uncommon to be lured by a great website, only to find the company behind it somewhat wanting, but I have to say that it's been an absolute pleasure working with Smart Home Charge & I wish them the very best as the rush to migrate to electric vehicles continues at pace.

Home EVSE fitted (Easee One). Installation process was simple, from the online survey, FaceTime confirmation of works needed and finally the install. The staff were friendly and polite throughout and the installer was quietly efficient on the day. Very happy with the process.

Supply and Installation on EV Charger Excellent communication throughout - prompt responses by email from enquiry through to quote and payment. Good communication by phone in scheduling work and coordinating with Western Power (who needed to upgrade the supply fuse). Confirmation the day before of the name of the installer and expected arrival time. On the day the work was carried out efficiently and included a demonstration of how the unit operated including confirming connection to the app on my mobile phone. All staff (both installer and in the office) were friendly and professional.

I needed a smart charger fitted for my car due to work and there was a lot of unhelpful information out there but when I found the Smart Home Chargers website it was perfect. The website was very user friendly and made it easy to get an understanding of what I was looking at. The process from the start was great as they first called me and were very friendly and not patronising, this is where they quoted an estimated price and booked a video call in to gather more information about the installation, let me ask any questions and then get a quote for the work. Then a team of two came out and went above and beyond for me to complete the work and the installation to the top of their ability. The customer service was second to none and they made a process that was very daunting, easy and very smooth. end to end spot on.
