The temperature was around -3°C, and the heating wasn’t working at all. To be fair, the boiler had already had issues a few times before, so it was clear this wasn’t a small problem anymore. I called Smart Home Rescue, and they responded very quickly. They diagnosed the issue straight away and honestly explained that instead of spending a lot of money on pointless repairs, the boiler was very old and had reached the end of its life. They were professional, transparent, and genuinely saved me from the freezing cold. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to everyone. Jason and his team did a fantastic job installing my new boiler a few weeks ago. I just needed him to come back to check on my radiators as some were taking a little longer to heat up. However, it turned out I didn't understand how the new system worked and the fault was mine. Jason explained everything to me and confirmed everything is working as it should. I'm very grateful to him for coming out so quickly and can't recommend Smart Rescue enough for their care and professionalism.

Jason and his team installed a new central heating boiler. I was told when they would start and finish. In fact they finished a day earlier. They made sure the floors were covered to keep the room as clean as possible. They were friendly and quiet going about the work and not wasting time. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbours

Our boiler broke down, and Jason responded to our call very quickly. He spent about 10–15 minutes inspecting it but was unable to repair the boiler, explaining that it needed parts that were likely unavailable due to its age (around 14 years old). Jason recommended installing a new boiler and offered to carry out the installation promptly, which we appreciated. The next day, we contacted the British Gas repair team, and they managed to fix the boiler within 30 minutes without replacing any major parts.

Incredible. They were here within 30 mins of me calling on Saturday night. A young man by the name of Jason fixed 2 serious leaks and then helped install my new dishwasher in 1 hour flat. He left the place spotless on finishing….Unbelievable really. if only all businesses in central London ran like this. Cannot recommend enough. Absolutely brilliant plumber service.

Since moving to the area, I’ve called upon Jason’s help a few times and he’s always been excellent. Jason really stands out for his responsiveness, care and friendly demeanour. From the moment I reach out, he is quick to respond and takes the time to thoroughly explain what needs to be done, being sensitive to budget constraints. My boiler is poor quality, but Jason has done a great job of keeping it running smoothly for more years than I expected. He’s also dealt with leaks and always works efficiently and with great care. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and he’ll follow up to check that everything is ok. I really appreciate his approach and have recommend him to local friends.

Jason was honest , diligent and responsive. He was able to repair something that another plumber had written off ( leaving my household cold and without enough hot water).
