We’ve used Smart Home Rescue for a variety of central heating / plumbing jobs over the last 3 years including sorting out radiator problems, installing and servicing a Vaillant boiler, replacing shower heads, loo seats. Jason is very knowledgeable and professional. He gets the job done quickly and goes out of his way to get to us quickly when something needs to be fixed urgently.

We have been using Jason for the past 7 months since we moved into our flat. Jason and his crew undertook a new boiler installation for me, having first assessed that I could switch from a conventional boiler system to a combi. They worked efficiently, were extremely pleasant and the job was completed on budget (significantly lower than competitors who priced the job), in less time than expected. Happy with their work and overall approach, I then reached out to them to install a washing machine and will readily reach out to them for any future plumbing or heating needs. Their response time is excellent and reassuring.

Boiler problem. Called and was very polite over the phone, available to do the job and very reasonable. a couple of small issues on the boiler on the job and he fixed these without any extra charges. He is a trusted trader as other traders did not tell us specific issues with our boiler, which the trader has done. He is very knowledgeable and stayed on site a bit longer to ensure all was working. Highly recommended and he carried out a fantastic job. No similar experience with any other trader. Would trust with all my other jobs.

Smart home rescue team gave me The best experience. They were very professional, clean, understanding, helpful, fast. I cannot recommend them enough. For me they changed my old Victorian gravity fed heating and plumbing system to a new Combi boiler system. They did a really fast job. They are knowledgeable in their line of work. I wish them good luck.

I used Jason to replace my boiler. The installation was tricky due to tight space/access to the pipework. Unlike other engineers who did the job, he did not complain to talk up the price but just got on with the job..."can-do attitude"! I collected quotes from 4 engineers prior to the job and Jason was one of the cheapest. I had a last minute change of plan due to permitting and Jason was super flexible to reschedule and order new parts/boiler. Jason diligently came back several times to finish some minor bits and offered general support and advice. Well done Jason, great job!
