Jason fitted a replacement waste disposal unit in my flat which required new piping work. He and his assistant arrived on time, were efficient, very courteous and helpful and the job was done to my satisfaction. Everything was left clean and tidy. I had my bathroom renovated by Smart Home Rescue and Jason did a fantastic job. It was a big job as I needed some plumbing done as well so I wasn't sure if it would be completed on time but Jason put in the hours and made sure it was all done to perfection, I couldn't be happier! Such a hardworking guy who really knows his stuff. Two months down the line and I'm still showing off my gorgeous bathroom to all my friends.

Jason came within the two-hour window he promised me for a routine boiler service. Right away he found something previous repairmen have missed and fixed it at no extra charge. The rest of the service was carried out efficiently and accurately including a thorough cleaning of the filter (which extends the life of the boiler). I trust Jason with all my plumbing needs. He always comes with a smile and positive attitude and solves all problems before leaving.
