I have been using Smart Home Service for several years now to take care of various plumbing jobs, always reliable and never tries to hard sell. Most recently SHS fitted new radiators and system flush. The job was arranged without fuss, with advice and very reasonable quote for radiators that best met our needs. As always, the work was completed on time, on the agreed date, and quickly with a thorough clean leaving no trace of work having been done - except for great new radiators that work perfectly. Recommended!

We worked with Smart Home Rescue several times over the years on boiler and heaters servicing. Always punctual, efficient and high quality work, never had any problems. Last time Jason was here to service the radiators, he had flagged the boiler may need replacing soon (just by the sound of it!) and made a few recommendations for me to think about. As predicted, the boiler did need retiring a few months later and Jason was able to fit this job into his busy schedule, quickly. Smart Home Rescue team arrived on time (which is amazing, especially for customers on tight schedules like me!), did all the work quickly and efficiently, and were punctual, courteous and tidy. Will def call them when ready to go ahead with my next project.

Smart were excellent, extremely well mannered and fast. First Smart advised and installed a new boiler suitable for me. Installed it quickly with no problems and a competitive price. Second, I had a very complicated set of boiler piping leading to the washing machine area that had been confused and tampered with by previous plumbers. Smart took on this unappealing job and fixed it perfectly with no complaints ( it was also a very difficult, tight hot space )- it has been working now extremely well and no call backs after many months. I am very Impressed and will use this company again and always. Smart also stuck to the price, no extras even though he came back to double check everything on a couple occasions I cannot recommend this company enough - it is very rare to have such expert professional, speedy and polite help in difficult circumstances. Great service from Jason & co. Quick to respond, turned up when he said he would and fixed a leak really quickly - cutting through tiles carefully and replacing without any breakage. Would definitely use again in future 👍🏼

We used Jason a couple of years ago to sort out a problem with our unusual water heater in my daughter's studio flat and it was a no-brainer to use him again this month for some maintenance repairs in the kitchen and bathroom. I had to come down to London by train to let Jason in to assess what needed to be done and then on 2 further separate occasions to carry out the repairs once he had got the necessary parts, all within a few days. He confirmed he was still coming each time by phone message, turned up with his assistant when he said he would, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and was extremely polite and professional. We shall definitely only ever use Jason for any other plumbing needs and I feel confident enough to leave my daughter or our future young tenant to arrange any necessary repairs direct. Jason has been my professional plumber for several years now. He is intelligent & totally honest. He is always reliable and responsive to solve any problems. He is honest in his charges and is transparent unlike other plumbers who charge for unnecessary add-ons ! He is proficient always cleans up after his work ! He has great aftercare service that’s why he is still my plumber. Highly recommended.

Jason and his colleagues from Smart Home Rescue converted my bathroom in one day plus half a morning, with a new washbasin/cupboard, bath and shower, and toilet. Everything was cleaned up after they finished. It was my first experience of working with a company contractor and was a pleasure from start to finish. Jason is very helpful with guidance on the fittings, what is possible or not possible, and advice on other tasks and services. He and his colleagues were very friendly, polite and professional while doing the work. The end result is excellent and I look forward to using the new bathroom for many years.

I used the company for a boiler installation at the beginning of Dec '22 and on various occasions thereafter. Re the boiler installation, they arranged the first appointment within 24hrs despite being a busy time of tear; they produced a quotation the same evening and scheduled the installation less than a week later. They behaved professionally throughout and finished the work within the set time frame with minimum disruption. I could not have been happier. I found their pricing competitive, too.

I contacted Jason when our old boiler needed replacing. He has done work for us before and he is always professional, reliable and efficient. We made an appointment for the following day. He was punctual and courteous, as always. We discussed which brand of boiler would be best and he quoted the cost for supplying and installing the boiler, plus the time-frame involved. Over the next few days, Jason kept us updated on progress with the boiler order/delivery, so we knew what was happening. As soon as he received the boiler, he called us to make an appointment to install it. Jason and his assistant arrived on time, completing the installation within the time frame he'd anticipated. They worked efficiently and with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience. They did an excellent job, finishing in good time, leaving the area around the installation immaculate, making good any loose plaster, thoroughly cleaning surfaces and vacuuming the hallway. They removed all rubbish, including the old boiler. Jason registered the installation with the boiler manufacturer on our behalf and the guarantee arrived with us within a couple of days. As well as being a knowledgeable and reliable professional, Jason is also a lovely, likeable chap. We would definitely recommend him.

A huge thanks for Smart Home team. They came immediately to inspect the issue, scoped the work and completed it with a great speed. We managed to install a modern Japanese toilet from Toto and we love it. Even though the work was complex and had lots of go back and forth, they managed to problem solve and made sure everything is going to be all right for us. Especially the owner of business Jason can deal with everything, from electric wiring, tiling, and of course pluming. That was impressive. Those who need refurbishment in the bathroom, need to fix your pluming issues, this is the go for team who can do everything in one place.

Called this morning for an emergency plumbing job and Jason was professional and immediately gave me his availability. He then came round in the afternoon, sorted the problem very effectively and left. All quick and professional. I would recommend him.

Our boiler had been losing pressure for several days, we topped it up but it would drop to zero overnight. Despite it being a very busy time of year, Jason from Smart Home Rescue was able to attend quickly to carry out an initial assessment of the problem. He made adjustments to the boiler to keep the heating and hot water going until he could obtain a couple of boiler parts and return to complete the work. He kept us updated by phone and text and returned with his assistant within the week, repaired and serviced the boiler, flushed the radiators and repaired a leak. The work was carried out efficiently, within the price quoted and without interruption to our working day. Highly recommended and will definitely use this company again for our central heating and plumbing requirements.

Jason has been attending to our plumbing and heating for the last couple of years on both small jobs and larger jobs (just fitted a new combi boiler). He has a great attitude, is always positive and helpful, reacts quickly when you need him and gets the job done. I think his prices are fair for the London area.

My boiler broke down.Called Jason in the evening based on reviews. Came next day on time, checked the boiler, said needed to order two parts and would call when he had them. He called me next day, said he had the parts, that he was on his way and would arrive in 20 minutes. Arrived on the dot with his colleague. They came fully prepared (didn't have to run to their van every five minutes). They had masks, disposable gloves, took their shoes off. They were friendly, polite, quick, neat tidy, helpful. Would not hesitate in the slightly to call Jason again. Highly recommend.

I had no heating in very cold weather as my boiler knob had broken. I needed it fixed ASAP so called Jason, who had serviced the boiler a few months before. He immediately explained that he had to order the part. As soon as he had the part a few days later, he phoned and came round immediately, with a colleague, saying he didn't want me to be freezing. He replaced the knob in about 10 minutes and was friendly throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others - in fact, I already have!
