We are Smart Home Technical Limited, we are based in Verwood, Dorset which is 20 minutes from Bournemouth on the edge of the New Forest.

OHME CAR CHARGER
Having purchased an electric car and Ohme Pod charger we struggled to pair the two together to benefit from Intelligent Octopus Go cheaper rates. Having spent hours on the phone to Octopus with no success we didn't know where to turn. A friend recommended Simon Banks at Smart HomeTechnical Ltd. One 10min phone call was all it took. Simon was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend this company.

My experience of dealing with SmartHome was a joy from the initial enquiry to the final installation of our EV Charger. Clare and her husband were really helpful, always responsive and guided me step by step on what charger/cable I needed and how to apply for a grant. The installation was seamless and even after installation when I couldn’t find an answer on the charger’s own website they helped me out again. I would fully recommend SmartHome to anyone. They are very professional and experienced and empathetic. What a joy.

From the initial enquiry, solution design, installation, and after completion, they have been helpful, informative, professional and a pleasure to work with. The system they recommended and installed works exactly as they said it would. The team of engineers were all very helpful and highly skilled and professional. They were also courteous and they were more than happy to take time to explain the system to me. They did not simply "install and run" Smart Home Technical carried out the work they said they would, on a date they said they would, for an agreed price, and the work was completed when they said they would. What more could you ask for? Their post installation help and support has been amazing. They have happily answered all the silly little questions I have asked. Overall it was a great experience working with Smart Home Technical.

For our new build property smart homes installed all our solar panels and battery. They also undertook all electrical works required for a new home. The dealings with smart home were first class from the initial meeting of our requirements to the signing off of all works. The engineers were all great ! Simon and Clare both gave an all round excellent service and the technical side of things were explained to us so well. Would highly recommend Smart Home Technical.
