First time I’ve used these guys and I am so pleased. They relocated my Givenergy inverter and batteries to an outside location and made sure everything was working before leaving. Lewis the engineer and Simon/Clare couldn’t have been more helpful. Defo use again. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, Smart Home Technical made our solar panel installation completely stress-free. They turned up exactly when they said they would, took the time to explain everything in plain English, with no pushy sales talk, just sound advice. It was clear from the outset that they believed in the product and their services, I was comfortable leaving everything to them the whole way through. The engineers were knowledgeable, friendly and worked to a very high standard. Simon, Clare and Danni made the process from start to finish seem effortless; you could tell that they believed in what they offered. The system itself is up and running beautifully, and we’re already seeing the benefits. I would absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone considering solar. I only wish I could have done it sooner.

I used this company earlier this year when we purchased 2 new solar batteries from them. From the first contact they were excellent. The communication was 1st class & they explained everything in detail & when the engineer came to fit our new batteries that we had purchased from them he was courteous & very professional & explained everything in detail. I would not hesitate to use this company again & I can highly recommend them.

Solar panels and car charger

Just had solar panels and car charging point and wanted to say how pleased we are with the whole process from quote to installation. Simon, Clare and Danni have been so helpful and the team that did the install were amazing ( they probably had the first hot day of the year and still worked through despite the heat). We have become addicted to watching what the panels are doing on the app! It’s amazing and my advice to anyone would be if you are thinking of getting solar, speak to Smart Homes Technical, you certainly won’t be disappointed.

EV Charger

We needed an EV charger to be fitted at home and chose Smart Home Technical on the basis of reading reviews in the local press. A very wise move. After a couple of e-mails and chat with Clare, we decided to fit a Hypervolt charger. Simon conducted a survey for and Russ fitted. A very neat job and easy process with Clare doing all the necessary DNO notification and paperwork etc. Very pleased and would recommend Smart Home Technical.

OHME CAR CHARGER
Having purchased an electric car and Ohme Pod charger we struggled to pair the two together to benefit from Intelligent Octopus Go cheaper rates. Having spent hours on the phone to Octopus with no success we didn't know where to turn. A friend recommended Simon Banks at Smart HomeTechnical Ltd. One 10min phone call was all it took. Simon was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend this company.

My experience of dealing with SmartHome was a joy from the initial enquiry to the final installation of our EV Charger. Clare and her husband were really helpful, always responsive and guided me step by step on what charger/cable I needed and how to apply for a grant. The installation was seamless and even after installation when I couldn’t find an answer on the charger’s own website they helped me out again. I would fully recommend SmartHome to anyone. They are very professional and experienced and empathetic. What a joy.

Smart Home Technical are a truly remarkable company. From the initial enquiry, solution design, installation, and after completion, they have been helpful, informative, professional and a pleasure to work with. The system they recommended and installed works exactly as they said it would. The team of engineers were all very helpful and highly skilled and professional. They were also courteous and they were more than happy to take time to explain the system to me. They did not simply "install and run" Smart Home Technical carried out the work they said they would, on a date they said they would, for an agreed price, and the work was completed when they said they would. What more could you ask for? Their post installation help and support has been amazing. They have happily answered all the silly little questions I have asked. Overall it was a great experience working with Smart Home Technical.
