This is the second time we’ve used SMD. Kitchen lighting upgraded to LED. All work carried out to a high standard. Steve was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others and will certainly contact him again for any future electrical work.

First used Steve some years ago, following a recommendation from another user, to carry out a full check of our electrics. Very satisfactory work so we have called Steve whenever we have needed subsequent help with the electrics. Same high standard of work as last time, very tidy, called me back from initial contact within 30 minutes. Turned up on time finished changing the replacement ceiling lights within 2 hours. Very pleased with the work. Will definitely be using Steve again for any future electrical work.

Steve did various lighting and electrical jobs for me including under-cabinet lighting, security lights, etc. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would, was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and very tidily, billed as expected. All round a great service and I would definitely use him for electrical work again.

Steve came within less than 24 hours after my initial call. Promptly fixed the lighting problem and changed light switch. Work very neat and detailed what he had done and all within agreed rate. Definitely would recommend him for any work that needs to be done!

Steve replaced a consumer unit and did a huge amount of remedial work at my property. There was a lot of unsafe wiring and sockets and lighting that either didn’t work or was faulty. Steve worked methodically and conscientiously to resolve all the problems. He was punctual, tidy and went the extra mile to make sure all the work was completed on time. I would highly recommend SMD Electrical.
