He fitted a new aerial for us & installed a FreeSat box as well, explained everything to me about using the box, we were very satisfied with the Job Stuart done, would definitely recommend him & use him again if needed. Stuart came out promptly, arranged to come back when slate roof not wet and dangerous and removed old broken aerial & mast and reinstalled new one and amplifier and tested all tv outlets in property First class job and definitely would use again and recommend with no hesitation

Stuart was a bit late but did apologise and soon made up for that with an excellent professional job. We discussed all aspects of my wish list and agreed on a plan of action. Everything was left clean and tidy. He was offered a selection of liquid refreshments and chose tea, and enjoyed it. We needed to relocate an aerial from inside a loft to an external wall. The job was complication by tiling to the outside wall and difficult access. Stuart came the morning after I called him and arrived when he said he would. Stuart was very professional. He discussed the work and options, agreed what would be done and got on with the work. The standard of work was excellent and testing was comprehensive. Stuart even replaced the lead to the television. Pricing was competitive. Thank you Stuart!

We have used Stuart once before to fix a bad TV signal (broken cables). We got him back as our old aerial at the top of our chimney was loose and causing bad reception. He came out within a day to quote, agreed a time to install the new kit, turned up on the day as promised, dismantled the old kit and removed it, supplied and installed a new aerial, mount, cables, tested the signals, etc. Importantly, although he had quoted for a new booster, once he had installed the aerial and cable, he said we did not really need the new booster as the signal was improved so much - thus saving us £££. We really appreciate this kind of service. I never leave reviews, but in this case more than happy to 100% recommend Stuart. He was very thorough and courteous and his workmanship was faultless. Called Stuart between Christmas and New Year as we were having problems with poor Freeview reception and pixilating picture. Stuart came out promptly at the agreed time, assessed the issue, and talked us through the options. There was no hard sell, just good information on the pros and cons of each option. We agreed to replace the aerial and install a booster, which has improved the picture beyond recognition. Stuart's work was tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

I got in contact with Stuart on Tuesday night. He was out to do the job on Thursday afternoon. He installed a European satellite dish for me. He was polite, friendly and clearly knows his job. What I especially liked about him was the fact that he is obviously a very caring guy. We had a good chat about the future of satellite telly and we both agreed that satellite is a very reliable service and that people will be left out without it. I'd highly recommend Stuart, not just for his speedy response, but also for his excellent work and for his friendly approach. The installation wasn't cheap, but it wasn't the most expensive either. Most of all it wasn't a rip off! You get what you pay for and paying for Stuart is worth every penny.

Stuart answered his phone on the first try, arranged to call 2 days later and re-route our broadband cable. Kept us informed when he was a little delayed. He is pleasant and cheery, quickly ascertained what we needed doing and got the job done in a clean and tidy manner. This is the second time we have used his services, and would definitely recommend him to others. Wish all tradespeople were so reliable.

We first met Stuart in 2012 and he has done various jobs for us since, from wall0-mounting new TV, installing new broadband, and installing Starlink. He is always punctual, efficient and a pleasure to have around. Would have no hesitation in recommending him (and have done so to various friends numerous times).

I had trouble fitting an aerial for all my tv ports in the attic. Stuart was able to help and installed with no issues. He was very thorough and courteous, Would use again.

We needed a Wi-Fi extension to a new garage conversion, some distance away from the house. We contacted Stuart who arrived, examined the property and went over the various options available, recommending an overhead CAT-6 cable to a Wireless Access Point in the out-building for reliability and speed (this wasn't the most expensive option, but he said it would have the best results). He identified optimum route for the cable (out to the front of the house from the router, up the wall, back through the attic, out to the garage) and even ensured the cable colours to be used would look good against the house walls. The quote he gave us was good the so we booked him in - he arrived and promptly set about installing the cabling - our attic was not easy to access or to work in but it was no problem for him, and he did a really neat job getting the cable across to the garage. The access point was installed next and a speed test showed speeds the same as the main system in the house. He was efficient, very tidy and cheerful (especially given the freezing conditions outside), and we're really happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Stuart resolved the issues with our Sky signal and fitted CAT6 ethernet to an upstairs office. The price was as quoted and the work carried out to a very high standard. Communication was excellent. I will definitely use Stuart again for any TV aerial / satellite issues or any data cabling requirements. Highly recommended!

We have been experiencing problems with our TV reception and found Stuart’s details via Which Trusted Traders. A quick phone call managed to diagnose the potential problem. After trying to find a mutual time to come to complete the work, Stuart offered to come to the house within half an hour! He arrived shortly afterwards, was very respectful of our home, removing his shoes when he arrived. He was very thorough in his work, explaining things as he went along. The signal to the house posed a problem but he tried various ways to fix this and found a solution. The work was completed and his charges were very reasonable. Stuart was asked to resite an exterior tv aerial, and gave a viable estimate over the phone. It was convenient for both parties for the 1-hour job to be done the following day. Stuart arrived as planned and progressed the job professionally; he was not chatty but answered in full the questions I posed. He was considerate about removing outdoor footware when indoors. The job had no unseen complications; the final invoiced amount was less than the provisional estimate.

Asked Stuart to install an aerial on a house we have just bought which only had a satellite dish. Stuart did an assessment of what was needed, gave us a quote, came back the next day and did a great job installing the new aerial and amplifier, and removing old cables etc. Didn't try to persuade us to have anything we didn't need (he checked whether or not we needed an amplifier before installing one, we did, but expected that), tested the signal on completion and left everything tidy. Charged us what he had quoted, and work is fully guaranteed. Professional, and a nice guy. Would recommend one hundred percent.

After discovering that we needed to replace our digital TV aerial I contacted SMT to arrange a replacement, I was advised on the correct product that we needed & any associated parts, an appointment & price was agreed and within 24 hrs Stuart had arrived, installed & tested the new equipment and furthermore set up the TV and gave us professional advice going forward to achieve the best from the product. Stuart was extremely courteous throughout & kept to the plan & original price as agreed. He was happy to answer questions regarding available equipment and would highly recommend this company.
