Stuart was quick to respond, arranged to call back and did so. Came to fix problem with the tv aerial on the same day. He was reliable, professional and charged what he estimated. Would recommend instantly.

I have used SMT (Stuart) on numerous occasions and he has always been very knowledgeable, polite and honest. His workmanship is excellent and his prices fair. My elderly parents have also called upon him and he very kindly explained everything to them, making sure they understand what he planned to do. Stuart arrived in answer to our queries about poor TV reception. The weather was bad, he agreed to come the next morning and install a new aerial and pole, this was after showing me how poor our reception had become. Stuart arrived and got on immediately with replacing our aerial for a new one, it took him very little time before coming inside and up into the loft to complete the job. As soon as he walked through the door he removed his shoes without being asked to, just another example of his attention to detail and desire to make a good impression. He explained to me what he'd done, and that he guaranteed his work for a year, another thing to be really pleased about. He is easy to talk with, and was a pleasure to have around the house. he carefully monitored several channels afterwards for their reception before giving me a detailed invoice and leaving. We could not have had a better professional in to do this job.

I contacted SMT to get a rough quote for fitting a new aerial and Stuart not only talked through likely costs but also explained some possible problems based on his experience of my area. Thankfully reception was better than expected when Stuart was able accommodate the fitting a few days later and he very rapidly installed a new aerial and amplifier in my loft, checked all TV points around the house were working correctly and even re-tuned my TV whilst providing advice on tuning future devices. Overall a fast and very efficient service, all at reasonable cost (which was also fully broken down on the invoice) and guaranteed for 12 months.

Stuart came out at short notice, after we moved in and found we had no TV reception. He was able to give us reception using an existing dish and removed an old one, giving a full explanation of what he was doing and different cost options. He was able to attend within a few hours on a Saturday morning and provided a highly professional service at a very reasonable cost. He immediatly identified the problem and swiftly replaced a very old TV aerial and amplifier with the minimum of fuss. Carried out proper checks to ensure that everything was working properly. Would highly recommend him and would have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending him to others.

Stuart arrived within the time frame that he gave me and had the courtesy to phone me twenty minutes prior to his arrival. The problem with the television was that I could only receive two channels. Stuart was able to detect the source of the problem quickly and replaced and fitted the mainmast amplifier in a more convenient location in the house. His pricing was transparent and competitive. I can thoroughly recommend him; a very professional service.

Stuart is a really friendly and helpful person that clearly knows his business of TV installation. He provided a full explanation of the options and made clear logical recommendations. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others, although I think he has done such a good job I probably wont need to!

We have a Victoria three-storey house with decorative roof finials, and Stuart could not rule out causing damage to the finials with his ladders, but came up with a perfectly acceptable solution, fixing the aerial on a long pole to the rear of the property. He gave us a clear, itemised quotation for all the materials needed for the work, and also recommended deterrent bird spikes, which would not have occurred to me. The date and time were agreed with him for installation. He rang me to keep me updated on progress and arrived when he said he would. Despite wet and miserable conditions, he installed the aerial, aligned and tested its signal, and explained exactly what he had done. He ran three cables into the house for individual TV points, and then tested them to ensure they were working properly. An additional amplifier was also put in to give optimum signal strength. Stuart worked quickly, was clean and tidy and polite. His quotation was very reasonable and, even though he needed to use an additional piece of equipment, he refused to charge me for it because he hadn't included it in his quotation. His work is guaranteed for 12 months; customer service second to none. I am 100% satisfied with what he did, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again if necessary or to recommend him wholeheartedly.

Contacted SMT requesting that they review the aerial configuration and remove old H type aerial. SMT arrived on time, reviewed set up as requested, advised no need to replace YAG aerial. I confirmed old H type aerial was redundant and removed. All work was done quickly and efficiently.

I moved into a new build on 26 Feb and wasn’t able to get any terrestrial channels in my TV or free view box. After some calls on Monday, I found out that the aerial wasn’t live. I called Stuart and he agreed to fit me in after his calls but couldn’t guarantee what time that would be. He called me just after 1 pm and said he would be here just after 2 pm. He arrived and was friendly and quickly got the aerial installed and then checked all the sockets in the house. He even taught me how to tune my TV properly! I would highly recommend Stuart and will use him again if the need arises.

5 stars! I had terrible reception on all my tenants TV's. I made an appointment with Stuart easily over the phone. Stuart was at my door exactly when he said he would be and within an hour and a half he has solved the problem and now all the TV's are working perfectly. He then charged me an extremely reasonable amount which I was very happy to pay. I would have no hesitation at all recommending Stuart.

After temporarily losing reception, Stuart offered an emergency call-out during the holiday period to sort things out. As it turned out, our reception was only a temporary fault, so by mutual agreement, he gave us an alternative appointment (only a week later) so that he could remain available for those in real need. When he did come to see us he gave as great advice, which meant that he repaired rather than replaced our aerial, saving us money. He also installed 2 tv sockets for us. Throughout, he was courteous, polite, and ensured he created a minimal disturbance. He made a point of cleaning up after himself and remained Covid secure throughout. Fast, cost-effective, and above all professional service. Good, old fashioned values! We can highly recommend his service.

Stuart responded to our enquiry immediately and came on time on the arranged date to put up a double freeview aerial on the roof. He talked over the best way to do it and finished the work excellently and very quickly. No fuss!. He tuned it all in and also helped set up a set-top box that arrived that day, with no extra charge. His costs were very reasonable and we would certainly recommend him.

Wow, what service! We had no TV aerial in our new build and within an hour of calling SMT, Stuart was over and in our loft installing our new aerial.
