The service was efficient and delivered on time. The workers were knowledgeable supportive and generated confidence in the customer that the work will be completed effectively and on time. There was a solution to every problem encountered and a display of their technical knowledge. There was adequate preparation before the work started so the customer knew what to expect and what was needed. The workers left the space tidy and showed respect for the customer home. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

We contacted Colin at SNC to replace a light fitting and look at a faulty fan. Colin was really fantastic. He removed the old light fitting and replaced it. He had all the necessary fittings and worked quickly, efficiently and with zero mess. Throughout all, Colin was very pleasant and a joy to have in the house. When I asked Colin about the fan, he also suggested a really clever solution to the problem of condensation in our small bathroom (which has no outside light) - something I hadn't figured out. Colin really thinks about how he can do the best job possible. I really trust him to look after his customers and I will be asking Colin to do all the electrical work I need from now on. I cannot recommend him highly enough: he's excellent.

This was the second electrical job Colin has done for me after helping hang (and run a new connection for) a ceiling lamp in 2022. Colin is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He was quick to respond when I got in touch asking about his availability to look at an issue with the strip lights in my bathroom. He diagnosed the problem on a first visit, advised on the cost and timeframes for procuring a replacement part I needed before proceeding with the job, and then returned to do the repair on a date that was convenient for me. I haven't used other electricians so can't comment on the relative value of Colin's services vis-a-vis others. However, he came recommended from a friend and I would recommend him to others as he is a nice person to work with and does a thorough job.
